Amazing place, quality food and very friendly staff.
Fabulous food and service
Very nice and busy place a little wait for the table which meant missing the happy hour starters. Waitress was very stern and to point but service was good. Lots of inside and outside seating and the place was generally very clean and tidy. Had a drink at the bar to start and the bar tender was very friendly and helpful. All in all a good place to visit if you are up near the natural history museum and or you like fish.

Although some found the lobster knots a bit bland, the bread pudding received positive remarks. The restaurant's charming decor and picturesque patio add to its appeal, making it a great spot for various occasions. While some guests missed the complimentary chocolate puddings, they still found the friendly staff and overall experience delightful. With memorable servers and a great oyster selection, The Mermaid Inn is highly recommended for a pleasant meal out.
