The Pleat Bar, a nice addition to the Draper hotel, is a cozy environment with great staff. The happy hour is great, with $5 beer, $10 cocktails and $3 fries. The cheese board is amazing, and the beef short rib is excellent. The food is also excellent, and all the drinks were fantastic. The bartenders' customer service was awesome, with one bartender providing outstanding service. Another staff member’s attentive and friendly approach greatly enhanced the dining experience, and their recommendations were spot on. The highlight for some was the enthusiastic service and patience from another staff member, who made the vibe more alive. A great place to be, especially during happy hour, with great prices for drinks.
