this is definitely the best Chinese restaurant on the upper east side. Not that the upper East side is a great place to go for ethnic foods, but as far as what's available, this is about as good as it gets. I noticed on Chinese new year the place was filled with Chinese people which is a good sign. I usually end up getting a noodle, a beef or a chicken dish. All of those things are great.
