The cake has changed. It used to be this wonderful moist spongy cake. It was my birthday cake every single year since the age of one I recently had a cake from Valencia. It was the worst cake I ever had. It was so dry that we had to pour ice cream over it in order to eat it. It was beautifully decorated, but clearly it is not the Valencia cake that I grew up with the recipe changed and I will never purchase from them again, very disappointed.
Cakes are just as delicious as always !! So grateful for the Valencia Crew for organizing a trip to multiple cities in Florida !! So many Boricuas showing up at all locations ! Truly special ! Valencia is #1 ….. not hurry up and open up in Palm Beach !
