I asked for 2 scoops of vegan ice cream and was left with less than my friend who got one scoop. Went back in to ask the workers and was told that my smaller portion was due to the vegan ice cream being "crumbly" and having a sugar cone. Super disappointed that I was ripped off as I paid 9 dollars for less than a full scoop of ice cream. Other locations did not do this. Need to get friendlier, more accommodating staff.
