It's hard to figure out how to rate this place. I go here often as it's the closest place to me but I have such mixed experiences. You can get a fair price on some things (pizza, iced coffee, etc) but other times I walk out with a few grocery items and feel like I've been robbed. Glad it's here but a lot of things are extremely overpriced.
We went for smoothies and they were pretty good! I got the "original smoothie" with strawberry, banana, and peach. I liked it a lot!! They were 5.99$. Unfortunately they did mess up two of my friends orders. The store was pretty clean and well run with lots of options to choose from, but it was disappointing that my friends had a bad experience.

I usually shop at the Food Town down the road (they have their own issues - do not buy salmon there unless your like salmon that smells super-fishy) but when it's freezing out I go to Wholesome Factory because it's closer to my apartment.I've never used the deli section on the left side (as you enter the store) so can't speak about that.
