Zaragoza Reviews
lovely hidden gem on Avenue A between 13th and 14th streets. The place is family owned and operated and the food is to do for.
It is reasonably priced, I often find myself trying to figure out if I want a tamale or a shredded beef or pork taco.

good stuff
Found this one day scrolling through Google Maps. Pretty underrated, actually neatly hidden behind a grocery. Hole in the wall places like these are the backbone of this city. The people behind the counter were the sweetest, also shout out to Reuben, he made me laugh. I always get the burritos every time and the salsa was actually spicy and caught me off guard. Will def come back

Zaragoza is a popular Mexican market with a handful of tables where customers can enjoy delicious burritos. The family-run business has been serving the community for over 25 years, with Reuben and his mother working there. The friendly staff provides excellent service, often accommodating large groups and making visitors feel like they are stopping by a friend's house. The burritos are generously sized and come in various flavors, including pork, chicken, beef, and cow tongue, with a very delicious steak burrito being a favorite. The market also offers a selection of groceries and knick-knacks, along with three different salsas that are highly recommended. Many visitors appreciate the authentic atmosphere and the chance to enjoy good conversation while sampling tasty food.
