“I was searching for a healthy low carb breakfast option in Albany International Airport this morning and almost everything available were highly processed options or high in carbs. I even went to the airport store with souvenirs and magazines thinking I might just get something light like a cheese, crackers, and fruit box but it was ridiculously expense at $12 for a few slices of cheese and couple of crackers and a handful of blueberries and dried apricots. I finally though to go to Silks Saratoga Bistro, a sit down restaurant, and boy, they sure brighten my morning. First of all the waitress was so friendly, polite, and helpful, it was a delight to be there. I ended up ordering the BLT omelete and it was so delicious!! Since I didn't want any toast they offered grilled tomatoes instead. It turned out to be one of the most satisfying omletes I've had in a while. The plate was so nicely put together and the service was excellent. It maybe my goto option for airport meals in the future. I might have paid more overall for my breakfast, but all the ingredients were fresh and the experience was 100%. It was well worth it.“

The ambiance is delightful and will provide an indelible affair. The Bartenders are truly scientists and any beverage whether NA or Alcoholic are out of this world.“

Mussels and lemon, garlic, wine sauce, potato skins, seafood chowder, not always on the regular menu, so of course we took advantage of them all and nothing short of delicious! Bangers& mash, corned beef dinner, chicken pot pie, All were delicious, plentiful & devoured. Bartenders were attentive and served awesome spirits timely. Chocolate stout pie was delicious too!! From the moment we sat down, Tracy’s warm and personable demeanor set the tone for the evening. She greeted us as if no time had passed, remembering us from a visit years ago—an impressive and genuine touch. After many visits getting my normal go to menu items like shrimp scampi that I love I decided at last weeks visit to ask the waitress for recommendations. We had a gender reveal here back in November and they brought out ice cream with blue sprinkles and sang to us. I went there yesterday; bought a slice of cheesecake and asked if they could put a candle in it and bring it out as a surprise for mine and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary.
