Staff was busy chatting at the door while we shopped. Only stopped for the I ❤️ NY shirt my son wanted. We got it then proceeded to wait at the register literally staring at the staff as they ignored our existence even the owner didn't care as he chatted away with the employee. They were standing around talking about an employee who wasn't even there. Finally after 5 minutes or so they noticed and the red haired lady rudely asked if we needed rung up... obviously ma'am 🙄....read full review
