Shocked after talking to 3 employees who have all worked at Red Lobster over 25 years. They have not received their merit pins! Know wonder red lobster has corporate problems when u don’t recognize LOYAL LONG TERM Employees!!

We went for a late lunch yesterday. Everything was amazing. Our server JoAnn went above and beyond to make our meal and experience perfect. We have been there many times but I would say yesterday was our best meal and service. Hope we get to sit in JoAnn's section when we return again next month.
We normally love this location and visit several times a year!! Today the food was great!! But the service was the worst I’ve ever had at this location. We were seated beside a table of screaming kids. Not the best place to seat seniors!! Service was very slow, both to get a menu and waiting for the bill after our meal!! I’m sure we will give it another try at some time but we were not impressed with the service!!
