50 Best Chinese Restaurants near North Bellmore

“The perfect family compromise with amazing food! Our family is always divided when ordering dinner—half of us want Chinese food and the other half craves Japanese. Sakana is our absolute savior because they do both incredibly well. It makes ordering stress-free, and everyone always gets exactly what they want. Beyond the convenience, the food is consistently fresh and delicious. To top it all off, Cindy is wonderful! She is always so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly generous every time we order. We love supporting this local gem and cannot recommend it enough!“

“I’m originally from Long Island and was visiting staying at a hotel nearby. This place is hands down is the best Chinese Food ever! Their wonton soup is big and doughy! Other places make them light which I’m not crazy about. Everything here otherwise is excellent and the staff are very nice. We hadn’t delivered to our hotel and it didn’t take long. Highly recommend this place! Worth the price for what you pay for definitely for four people!“

“It was a great experience and the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and welcoming which made the experience a great one I got the spicy miso soup ramen and it was amazing 10/10 definitely recommend it.So this place definitely deserves a 5 star!“

“We came in with a beastly group of about a dozen, and the kitchen handled the table with impressive speed. The food came out fast in steady waves, which kept everyone busy passing plates and eating without any lull. Every single dish hit the mark. The geek in me love the technology - from ordering on the tablets, to easy sign up on the app, to contactless payments.

Dim Sum & Starters
- Har Gow: Plump whole shrimp with wrappers that held together cleanly when picked up.
- Sticky Rice Shao Mai: Hearty and deeply savory, easily one of the table favorites.
- Scallion Pancake: Light, flaky layers without the grease you often get elsewhere.
- Sesame Balls: Fried crisp on the outside with the right amount of chew.

Entrees & Wok Mains
- Chongqing Spicy Chicken (La Zi Ji): Crispy bites packed with fragrant chilies and a great numbing heat.
- Mapo Tofu: Silky texture with a rich, warming kick that worked perfectly over rice.
- Pickled Mustard Green Fish Soup: Tart, comforting, and packed with tender fish slices. Unexpectedly a soup - we expected this to be stir fried (didn’t read enough)
- Shrimp with Bok Choy: Fresh greens with a satisfying snap and generously sized shrimp.
- Stir-Fried Udon: Good wok char on thick noodles that stayed bouncy.
- Chicken with Broccoli: Tender chicken and crisp broccoli in a clean, savory garlic glaze.
- Sesame Chicken: Sweet, crunchy, and vanished quickly with our crowd.
- Yeoungchow Fried Rice: Fluffy and light, acting as a great base for the spicy mains.

The staff kept our tea topped off, plates cleared, and the pace moving from start to finish. A reliable spot in the area when you have a big group of hungry people that wants variety and quality.“

“My husband and I went to order Mei Fun noodles with chicken and Lo Mein with chicken. It was absolutely delicious!! Brian took our order and we chatted for a few minutes before leaving. Take a chance on this place and ask for Brian while you are there!!!“

“Never been but would like to stop by one day. Placed multiple orders through food apps and this place never disappoints! Fried rice is great and the their order dishes are great as well. I wish they have more variety of noodles than just lo mein. Maybe chow fun - wide noodles? More varieties towards more authentic Asian/Chinese menus. Some beef noodle soups when it’s cold? Just thoughts!“

“We had such a wonderful experience at Mogu! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is beautiful, very clean, cozy, and welcoming.

A special thank you to Joanna the Assistant Manager, for taking such great care of us. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and amazing service. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Mogu!“

“Absolutely delicious fresh cooked food. They are very welcoming when you go there. I recommend the chicken lo mein, dumplings, etc. Honestly the food is delicious 😋.“

“I can not say enough positive things about this place. The girl was so friendly and helpful. I originally went to pickup a togoodtogo order and ended up placing a second order because everything just looked so good. Everything I got in the togoodtogo order was amazing and it was a nice variety it had a bag of goldfish as an extra treat which my kids enjoyed. There was even a handwritten note thanking me for my order which was so sweet and I felt appreciated. The bubble teas were fresh and flavorful and a great value for the price. I can't wait to go back to try more.“

“Had a great time at PF Chang’s! The staff was warm and attentive without hovering. The place felt lively but still comfortable, and the pacing was just right. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the manager. She was incredible, friendly, attentive, and made sure I had a great experience from start to finish. Excellent food and even better service! All around, a solid night out“

“Excellent, quality and decent prices for a Hakka restaurant. Recommend to use petalmail.com“

“We stopped here on a weekday and ordered hot and sour soup, which was absolutely amazing! We also ordered the egg fried rice and the vegetable chow fun, which was made perfectly spicy and delicious. Yung who took our order was extremely friendly as well. Will definitely be back to try some of the other staple items.“

“Deng Ji is absolutely amazing! The food is delicious, the staff is incredible and so welcoming, and the prices are great. Everything about the experience was wonderful. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service!“

“Amazing ambiance, the ceilings are super tall which is always great. Personally love the fact that's the menu is favored towards authentic Chinese cuisine. Everything is done really well. The dice mala chicken with chili is something i always order at every place that has it on the menu and this place definitely tops it. It's a must order. Would definitely return on the regular!“

“The food was amazing! The service was excellent - just delicious“

“This is by far the best Chinese place I’ve been to in years! I drive 30 minutes to get here because the food is so good. My kids agree. Everything is freshly prepared and the portions are huge. What a great place! Tonight we ordered sesame tofu and shrimp mei fun. Omg! Delicious. Tofu was crispy and freshly sauteed, shrimp were perfectly cooked. Very low key vibe here, relaxed and super casual.“

“Absolutely delicious fresh cooked food. They are very welcoming when you go there. I recommend the chicken lo mein, dumplings, etc. Honestly the food is delicious 😋.“

“Not your everyday takeout. So much better bc they use fresher ingredients, quality cuts of protein, and tastier recipes. I love their scallion pancakes, dumplings, and most of all thin all white meat chicken in the sesame chicken. They are even fast and friendly. I always stop by when I’m in the area!“

“Excellent food friendly service … whole fish dinner was amazing !!!“

“Absolutely fresh and delicious non-greasy Asian infuse delicious food. Everything I ate or delicious can’t wait to go back again.“

“My eldest son started going to Panda about two weeks ago & has continued to go a few times p/ week since then! I tried his boneless spare ribs and love it! Decided to go today on my own, just simple wings and ridged french fries and I must say, since moving here to Freeport from Brooklyn, this is definitely the closest to what I used to get in terms of taste quality. I also want to add that they were absolutely courteous and polite from the moment I called to place and order by phone, up until my pick up… I’ll definitely try other items from Panda.“

“If you’re looking for the most delicious Asian cuisine & sushi and have never been to Sakura, you don’t know what you are missing! This is our favorite place for dinner, take out & party platters for special occasions. Their food is always a work of art & so yummy! Whether you order ala carte or take advantage of their all you can eat menu, you will leave happily satisfied, every single time!“

“this place is a hit and so glad i found it! i am definitely gonna be a regular..the food is delicious, service is attentive and good, Clean and bright atmosphere and the prices are extremely reasonable. $21 including tip for the dinner combo. soup, eggroll, generous entree and scoop of ice cream for dessert. the menu is extensive too lots to choose from. I am in the restaurant business and cant say enough positives about this place….“

“Good food and always fast service. Our goto Chinese restaurant. Orders are processed fast and the staff is friendly. You have the ability to dine in, but it's not table service. Order at the counter and sit and eat. We always take out.“

“We and our friends love Hunan. Food is great! One thing we are noticing is that the eggrolls are getting smaller and smaller. Please make them the original size. We don't feel like eating Eggroll Nuggets!“

“This is one of our very favorite restaurants. It means a lot to us.“

“The staff upfront is so nice. She politely answered all my questions and helped me understand the menu. I ordered the coconut smoothie and the coconut mango milk. The coconut smoothie is so light and refreshing for the heat, definitely good for someone who doesn’t like super sugary drinks. The coconut mango milk is so delicious and you get to choose the sweetness. I also ordered the general tsp bento box and it came with a lot of stuff. Good portion sizing I really liked everything I ordered. Also when ordering the food they let you put an allergy which is super accommodating. I will be back.“

“I picked up dinner from here on Sunday, September 13, 2026. I got a sweet and sour chicken combination platter with roast pork fried rice and a roast pork egg roll. Also, I got an order of crab rangoons. The order came with a big cup of sweet and sour sauce for both the chicken and rangoons. The worker was very friendly and he had my order ready within 8 minutes, which is impressive. The restaurant is comfortable, well ventilated, and has music playing. The total cost was $19.60 when paying with cash. The sweet and sour chicken meal costed $10.99 and the order of crab rangoons costed $6.99. For the price, the food is delicious. The sweet and sour sauce is definitely those two things. The chicken, rice, and egg roll are great, but I have never had better crab rangoons from anywhere else. The crab rangoons are incredible due to their crunch, soft texture, and sweet flavor. This is the best Chinese food, in my opinion, probably around Long Island, maybe with some small competition. I will certainly be back, especially for the heavenly crab rangoons.“

“I ordered the food on my way home from work and the food was AT MY DOOR STEP when I got home. It was still hot and honestly so convenient to not cook after work for the family! Food was incredibly affordable for feeding my whole family of 6. My favorite was their wonton soup, sesame chicken, and pork fried rice. The ribs were also delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for all the moms that don’t want to cook and still want to eat good! I definitely will be coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! They are also on uber eats and grubhub too!!!!!“

“Only been here twice but so far so good. Beef lomein and pork fried rice both good. General tsos chicken was good too. Really liked the egg rolls. Service was friendly. Wish they had the wide crispy noodles but theirs were fine. Ask for the hot mustard in the cup.“

“Visiting a friend in the area and decided to stop and try this restaurant, honestly what a nice restaurant, the service of the employees is excellent, the food so delicious and fresh made, will de definitely coming Ann’s recommend it to anyone looking for a good lunch / meal“

“Made in store order to take out
Thought it was busy still able to order and pay within 20 minutes
Devon help us from the oceanside store and was great in helping us with 3 different orders and was on point
Was great experience“

“We catered a great lunch for 15 which included Gen Tso Chicken, chicken with mixed. Veggies, beef lo mein, fried rice , egg rolls and spare ribs- everyone loved it! The ingredients were so fresh, very high quality meats and they were cooked perfectly. It was less than $20 pp and so much leftover that they all took some home. I very highly recommend Ming’s!“

“If u like green peppers, onions, & pork, order hot & flavorful, Hunan pork.
It is accompanied by vegetables including baby corn, carrots, water chestnuts, & scallions. The dish comes with a choice of rice.
It's delicious.

PS
A knife is needed to cut the large slices of pork.“

“This place is a hidden gem!! Incredible mouth watering food! I've tried over 8 Chinese food places near by and nothing compares. Outstanding food and quick customer service. The chicken & Broccoli is to die for and their sesame chicken is cooked to perfection.“

“Consistently great food. I tried this location when my regular Chinese location was closed (Mondays) and was very pleasantly surprised. Needless to say, this is my new Chinese take out spot. Switched from my regular spot of 10 years because of the quality of the food.“

“Totally worth the trip I djayed there and even though it wasn’t my party they were warm and welcoming they made sure I ate and my palate was right…good staff and great place“

“It's not dine in. I ordered on UE first but then started picking up to avoid all of the tacked on costs. Best egg rolls ever! They don't seem to reuse the oil so much that they taste off and they somehow have always made them so they're never dripping with oil. Obviously I haven't had a good egg roll in a while.

They also actually listen to preferences. I always ask for crunchy broccoli and am so disappointed when I get overcooked or soggy broccoli that will never reheat well. They have done this consistently. My go to Chinese spot now!“

“Great food and service. Been coming here since I was a child, only Chinese store my mother would go to. I remember the owners’ 2 children playing in the back parking lot way back in the day and now they are the owners. Fridays were a treat to Chinese take out. 🤍“

“I eat Chinese food at least once a week. I have been to several in the area and after picking up my food today I will only eat Chinese from king House Chinese Kitchen! Egg Drop soup is fantastic. Typically Ihave to add salt and pepper. The soup here is awesome with no seasoning help. The house lomein ingredients were as fresh as you can get. The chicken was flavorful and spring was tasty! I am so glad I found you today!“

“Very good place to relax and have some drinks. Food is stupendous exquisite 😋 more than 5 stars“

“Just your typical solid neighborhood Chinese spot.

I live close by and I’m on kid duty on Saturdays so I always order from here.

I always get the same woman and she cracks me up. Knows my address from the system and my order usually but then will just randomly throw me a Wan ton soup for no reason. I keep the quart for my dad because he loves it but you just don’t get stuff like that anymore. That’s how you treat people in the community.

Portions are solid too. I feel like you get a good amount for your money. Also rare nowadays. Delivery can sometimes take awhile but I like my Chinese places busy and fresh. I’m a sesame chicken guy and sometimes I need a little extra sauce but that’s the extent of any “issues”.

I’ll be a lifetime customer.“

“ugh i love this place so much!!! My boyfriend and I have gone to this place a few times now, and are always blown away by the delicious food, great prices, and their lovely and generous staff!! I personally love their sesame chicken and anything with the roast pork!!! 11/10 recommend this place, and will definitely be telling my whole family about it!!“

“This is an unassuming little restaurant with excellent food. Their orange chicken is unusually good, with a nice balance of sweet and spicy, and a texture that is crispy rather than doughy. Another favorite of mine is Singapore chow mei fun- a moderately spicy noodle dish with satisfying full flavor, not just heat.“

“Best Chinese food by far! So fresh too“

“I absolutely love this place! The food is consistently delicious, which is rare to find these days. It’s tough to come across a Chinese restaurant that truly delivers every time as most are hit or miss. But Jasmine House is a total gem. The Chinese food is fantastic, and the Thai food is a home run too! The meats are high quality as there is no fat or cartilage. What really sets this place apart is their consistency. Every order has been spot on. Highly recommend!“
