Specifically, there is an employee named Echo who takes the time to know the regular customers and greets them by name when they enter the restaurant. This type of customer service is what makes them special! They are often busy because everyone knows how good their food is!! I highly recommend them to anyone!! She was friendly, attentive and very efficient. Today, at home, when I unwrapped our generous left-over servings I found that items were wrapped securely and labeled much to my surprise. Despite the short notice, the staff at the front counter were extremely accommodating, courteous, and prompt. They prepared our order quickly without sacrificing quality, and the food was fresh and well-presented. (The only thing I would recommend they do differently is to make sure to let their customers know to grab their own cream cheese themselves!)
