“Always a great time, I have been here on multiple occasions. The games are a good value, and the staff is generally very accommodating. As a business, their goals must include making money; and yet as a smart business, they seem to really understand that the best way to do this is to ensure return customers through great service. Just today for example, the employee named Joe really helped a ton. Without going into the details, Joe put extra effort into making sure that one of the birthday party teens felt included when he otherwise might not have. “If you ever want a really good place to go to eat around Tonawanda go to this place!! (They also have other locations around western NY) Their Mac and Cheese is AMAZING!!!! I’m not usually a big Mac n Cheese person, but I thought I’d give it a try. They have a whole page in their menu just for the Mac and cheese. You can have it with anything you want in it. I got the one with lobster in it and I couldn’t even eat 1/3 of it!! My husband had the beer batter fish fry and it didn’t fit on the plate!!
I do have to say, the food took a while to come out, but, it was WELL worth the wait. Would have been 5 stars all the way if it wasn’t for that and the service was a little slow as well.

“Oh man where do I start. Over the years I've had a few really good fish dinners but this one by far was the 'best' ! They say don't judge a book by its cover, well the same goes for the building. Cozy inside and the staff is nice and friendly. I believe the fish dinner was only $14.00 and there was plenty. Hey I just realize something , there was no bread or a roll ! Stuff to have it all. I know one thing for sure, I'm going back !“

“We had a group of 27 for the Thursday night Bills game. The bar was very accommodating to our large group and Nicole did a fabulous job serving us. I heard nothing but good things from my group regarding the food, service and the viewing experience with all of the tv’s. For most of us, it was our first time there, and we will definitely be back again!“

“I had my daughter's birthday party at Northtown center during an open skate on short notice. The Skybox owner was very accommodating, and set us up in their private party room for pizza and cake. It overlooks the main ice rink which was great. The staff was very helpful and the pizza and wings were tasty. Thanks again!“

“Sports city made the pizza and wings for my husband’s celebration of life party. It was a fairly large order. The staff were amazing from walking me through my order to having everything made perfectly and on time. The food was a hit! Thank you so much“

“Great food. Philly was so flavorful and super hearty. Cool atmosphere with original fireplace, Indian sculptures. Just feels good! Negatives: generic beer and wine menu. No local options. Why? Also the 'host' who sat us was just rude/surly. No reason for that??“

“I had a delicious salad with various berries and Cajun chicken breast. My husband had lasagna that was a bit disappointing. Slice wasn’t thick or very meaty; almost too much cheese. The other couple enjoyed antipasto salad & shrimp Alfredo, both looked tasty. Service was great; waitress was friendly & checked on us regularly without being overbearing. If you haven’t been there or if it’s been awhile since your last visit, you need to go.“
