Stacy and her staff were so nice to us, even when we were a little loud. The place was bumping all night absolutely is a must go see. When we are back in town we will defiantly go back to see the awesome staff!“

“We went for the fish fry. We were seated right away. The server was very friendly, and she patiently explained the options for the fish, plus the sides. She was very attentive but not overbearing.
The fish was very good. A generous portion with ample sized sides for what we got, I felt the price was very reasonable.
I had the privilege of meeting Kevin,the owner. Who was super friendly and a good listener. If there is a problem, he wants to know about it and fix it
Best in mind, it is a sports bar, so it may be a bit noisy, but compared to other places, it was not bad at all.
It was miles above the one in the City of Tonawanda. That place has gone way downhill. Stick with this one. We will.“

“If you build it, they will come. Big tree is at the heart of Bill's country. Practically nestled under the shoulder of the stadium. The wings are very solid. Cooked very well, light crisp, juicy. I would also like to say they are an honest business. I was given 11 wings, One of them was particularly scrawny, which irritated me and then a quick headcount proved why it was included. They hadn't given me 9 and 1/2 wings, they gave me 10 and 1/2 wings. You will definitely get the complete buffalo wings experience, from the big tree inn.

“Went there for the 2 for $7 chili and bacon dogs on a Thursday around 6pm. Was surprised at what a good time we had. Bartender was very nice and helpful. She made us some amazing slushie drinks. I didn't know they offered those. I saw the machine hiding in the back and asked lol. They should advertise that a bit. Hot dogs were great and well worth it. We had a blast playing the MANY pinball machines. I loved the variety of stuff they had. It's not just a pool hall! The whole vibe was great and we will def be back. 4 stars!“

“First time in the area for a Bills game- From Toronto, Ontario..was trying to find a place that was open for some food for after the game. Stumbled upon Kettles. We called from the car asking if we could do an order for pick up. They initially said they usually don’t do that on game nights and prefer people to dine-in. We mentioned that we were driving back to Toronto that night- agreed to make the wings and could pick them up in 20minutes.Did not realize they were a cash only and explained that I didn’t know if my bank card would work in their atm being from Canada- the lady that I was dealing with offered that I could venmo her the amount (Canada doesn’t have venmo) ATM worked. Wings were paid for. Service was great. Staff was very friendly. Wings were AMAZING. Will be a for sure stop every time I’m back on American soil.“

“My wife and I will stop here before we go to Flying Bison. The bartender is always super friendly and attentive. The food is always good here too. Prices are easy on the wallet too we always have a couple of beers and dinner for about 40bucks. Can’t beat this place! Chicken wings, burgers and fish fry’s are all awesome!!!“

“This was my husband's and my first visit. Don't judge the inside by the outside!! We were pleasantly surprised by the cheery, clean, bright, cooly decorated inside. Patti the bartender was a delight! She is funny, witty, and on top of her game. Also a nice mix of customers. Be aware there is no food served. The atmosphere and drinks will fill you up! “First time - I was a walk in and take out order. But just the few moments I was inside the atmosphere seems friendly clean and inviting. I will come back another time to sit and eat. I came because my son Loves the Buffalo wing soup.

Parking: I found parking around the back, you have to turn down the side street to get to it. But they have a large parking lot in back and a few on the side

Wheelchair accessibility: Looks like they have a ramp entrance around the back were I parked but I’m not sure.“

“3rd or 4th time here! Had a taste for a burger so looked at menus around town. Found the Mac Daddy here and was sold!! Nice, thick 10 oz burger, med rare, juicy and delicious! Tots were excellent also. Crispy and well seasoned. My girl had a chicken sandwich which she enjoyed as well. 5 cheese stuffed peppers may have been the star of the show!! Fantastic!!
Only minor thing is thr road noise. Through no fault of prohibition, sat outside and that busy intersection was LOUD!

“Friendly and great service.There was only one waitress working. Late lunch hour vary attentive to everyone, under the circumstances. Wait time for food was a little slow but the food was great tasting and would go back again because of the friendliness of the staff(bar tender)coming in and leaving.“
