I called about an order for 30 people and actually messed up the date of the order. And I went into panic mode, but they handled it like professionals without making me feel bad about my huge error! I received stellar service when I called and initially placed my order. And great communication via text. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and they handled my catering order so well. “I WOULD NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone after the experience I had there last night. I went out to eat with my parents and we unfortunately decided on this restaurant. We were seated immediately but basically we were the “forgotten” table. No water or drinks for 15 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes to take our appetizer and entree order. They forgot about my salad and at this point each of us needed water refills and drink refills but we would have to wait another 20 minutes for that. Other servers walking around INCLUDING THE MANAGER probably walked past our table a few times not offering to refill our drinks or take the plates out of the way. The entrees come and our server never comes back to check on us. We have finished eating our food and while I was waiting for proper service I noticed that other tables had their food packed for them. I asked another servers for boxes for the food and instead of taking our food she gave us boxes to do ourselves. I truly feel they over sat our waitress but your “team” should have been able to help her out and not make it an every man for themselves type deal. The food was okay nothing that was out of this world, but the service was truly terrible. As a result we will never be back.“

“I heard about this place from a friend and I decided to make the trip to see if it is worth the hype. Let me just tell you, it was sooo worth it! I live about three hours away from there, but after this experience, I would gladly make this drive again.

The moment I arrived, I was blown away by the atmosphere. There was good music playing, everyone was incredibly friendly, the energy was amazing, and even though there was a long line, the service was quick as I was able to get my food quickly.

Now, about the food, to me this was truly life changing. it's hard for me to find authentic flavorful Mexcian food where I live, this feels like finding a hidden gem. Every bite just made me want more. I loved it so much that I went back and placed a second order before leaving! (Had to take one for on the road!)

I'll definitely be returning every chance I get. Honsetly, they need to open a location closer to me because if I lived closer to them, you would see me there every day. If you are considering coming here, I'll tell you this: STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND GO!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!“

However, I’ve noticed lately there is inconsistency with quality. It depends on who’s working and it’s noticeable that the younger staff are just there to get a paycheck. I hope management prioritizes quality and consistency moving forward. I would still recommend patronizing since overall the food is good and staff are friendly and accommodating.“
