Had a great lunch in this very cozy, rustic place. Our waitress was friendly and excellent at her job! Plenty to choose from on the menu and our meals were delicious. I'm looking forward to dining here again!
This was the first time my husband and I went to the Village Idiot Irish Pub in Oakdale. We have been to the Patchogue location several times for brunch and we really liked it but the Oakdale location is even better. We absolutely loved our food and the service was excellent. We will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

Just had a recent trip to the village idiot in Oakdale and it was fine. Unfortunately, our server was the only server working the floor and she had about 8 to 9 tables so there was an issue with getting served unfortunately.
