“Mr. Omelette went above and beyond.We reached out to Mr. Omlette the Omlette man on Friday night hoping cater an event on Wednesday for 140 people. I teach at a high school, and our senior students were supposed to go on a trip to Six Flaggs; however, the charter bus didn't show up and the trip had to be cancelled. Needless to say we had some very disappointed teenagers. The staff at the school wanted to do something nice for the kids, and boy did Mr. Omelette ever come through! At the last minute (we only were able to confirm on Monday), he pulled together an amazing Omelette, waffle, potato, and bagel breakfast for the kids. He was at our school at 8am, set up his kitchen on the go, and then proceeded to feed our teenagers. He makes omelettes to order and they were delicious! The kids loved it.He was amazingly personable - when the kids we're ordering, he congratulated them on their upcoming graduation and made them feel special. Plus, when he heard of what happened to our kids, he was very generous. This is the type of small local business well worth supporting.“

“Marylyn and Juste Hors D'oeuvres recently catered our wedding. From the first contact right to the end of the wedding, Marylyn and her team were wonderful. Marylyn helped us with every detail of the wedding. Rentals, bartenders, staff, flowers... That was such a big help to have one point of contact. And the food...AMAZING!!! The guests raved about everything. My father said that it was the most tender filet mignon he ever had. And, my dad is the steak guy! We cannot thank the staff enough, especially Chef Manny, for their attentive, gracious service to us all. “THE Royalton Mansion-- If I could rate them 10 stars I would! The best kept secret on Long Island. The most beautiful venue with such a care for detail with the best bang for your buck with pricing. From the day we had our first meeting with the Royalton they have been fantastic and after my Husband and I walked in the first time we knew it was where we were supposed to be married. Mike T and his entire staff were perfect. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Mike T told me we didn’t need a wedding planner or coordinator with them and he was right. He took his role above and beyond! Every question and pre-wedding concern I had was answered quickly and ever worry I had they calmed my fear. The food was amazing and every aspect of the menu completely customizable. We had so many dietary restrictions and Mike was able to accommodate everyone without any issues. The grounds are beautiful both inside and outside. We planned for our ceremony to be in their beautiful garden but unfortunately mother nature had other plans and the move to inside was still as beautiful. Our family and friends are still raving about how beautiful it was, how amazing the food was and how the staff were phenomenal. Michelle, the bridal attendant was also phenomenal and helped the day run so smoothly! We had an unfortunate incident thar required a guest to be removed from the wedding. The professionalism and approach that Mike T took to handle the situation was perfect to the point that I had no idea of the circumstance and to those involved were blown away on how well it was handled by himself and staff and to ensure all our guests were safe as well. I can not recommend The Royalton enough.“
