“My husband and I hired Not Jus Southern Caterers to cater my 50th birthday party. We ordered Southern style cuisine (BBQ chicken, ribs, yams and macaroni and cheese). The food was a hit at the party! Ms Annie gave us more than enough to feed our guests and then some. At the end of the night there was no food left. My guests were complimenting the food all night and asking for the caterers information. Upon our first meeting, Ms Annie was so pleasant and personable. This is my family's new go to spot for food.“

“I just got my Twins 21st Birthday this last Saturday I will say yes I do recommend it because of the delicious food , accommodation, tables set up, bartender and servers ( kind and warm), the bartender was on beyond my expectations but They need to hire another hostess who is willing to help, follow instructions and get better management floors My guests were lost sitting on any table when I approached to her at the beginning of the party with instructions she answered that she won’t need it. That is why the welcome guest part was a COMPLETE DISASTER When we were getting ready for the toast none of us got a glass so I went running to the table to serve the drinks she approached to me saying THATS TOO MUCH ALCOHOL and I looked at her saying I DO KNOW WHAT I AM DOING and my question is WTH you should ask me how I can help you or if you are an experienced hostess you will know what is that for ??? Honestly she did not deserve any tip even tho I did tip her I got extremely dissatisfied with her attitude different relatives and guests asked who is she ?? Marylyn helped us with every detail of the wedding. Rentals, bartenders, staff, flowers... That was such a big help to have one point of contact. And the food...AMAZING!!! The guests raved about everything. My father said that it was the most tender filet mignon he ever had. And, my dad is the steak guy! We cannot thank the staff enough, especially Chef Manny, for their attentive, gracious service to us all. “THE Royalton Mansion-- If I could rate them 10 stars I would! The best kept secret on Long Island. The most beautiful venue with such a care for detail with the best bang for your buck with pricing. From the day we had our first meeting with the Royalton they have been fantastic and after my Husband and I walked in the first time we knew it was where we were supposed to be married. Mike T and his entire staff were perfect. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Mike T told me we didn’t need a wedding planner or coordinator with them and he was right. He took his role above and beyond! Every question and pre-wedding concern I had was answered quickly and ever worry I had they calmed my fear. The food was amazing and every aspect of the menu completely customizable. We had so many dietary restrictions and Mike was able to accommodate everyone without any issues. The grounds are beautiful both inside and outside. We planned for our ceremony to be in their beautiful garden but unfortunately mother nature had other plans and the move to inside was still as beautiful. Our family and friends are still raving about how beautiful it was, how amazing the food was and how the staff were phenomenal. Michelle, the bridal attendant was also phenomenal and helped the day run so smoothly! We had an unfortunate incident thar required a guest to be removed from the wedding. The professionalism and approach that Mike T took to handle the situation was perfect to the point that I had no idea of the circumstance and to those involved were blown away on how well it was handled by himself and staff and to ensure all our guests were safe as well. “This place is very beautiful and would be excellent for all of you catering needs. The decore is beautiful. Management is attentive. On-site parking is available and this place gets it right.

If I had any critique it would be food service. The food service is where this place struggles. The food is mid at best and we could accept that it's something they need to work on. What really bothered me is the servers. They literally throw the plates at you. I know they have to be in and out the way but if they could place my plate on the table that would be nice. They were dropping plates. Management needs to correct this.

Otherwise it's a very good place to host your events. Again, Management is great, food is mid, decore is beautiful but those servers can benefit from some training.“
