“Cheap ice cream 10$ for a quart. Milkshakes are huge and painful but tasty. Not only is it a place you can eat inside and it shouldn't be full. It's a place where you can pick up and go.

Vegetarian options: Ice cream is pretty vegitarian if I do say so myself.

Parking: WAY TOO MANY PARKING SPOTS

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

“If you want a place to go eat with dirty hands this is the one! Bathroom is always closed but there’s an alley not too far away. You can tell management really cares about the customer experience when they keep the bathroom closed from customers. And they even have tables, that alone would be a health department violation(tables without a working bathroom) but who has time to call them anyway? I think the stuff here is delicious but it could also be the flavor from the last customer on the door handle so who knows?“

“My daughter and I happened upon this place and we were so happy we did! Chris (not sure if he was the owner or not) was super helpful since we have food allergies. He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun. Kudos to them for a really great place, definitely go visit!“

I am a flying saucer girl and they have a nice choice for you to pick or if you want something special they make it in advance and all you have to do is call them. This store is my number 1. They have enough flavors of water and cream ices and ice cream that could make your head spin, and they are always adding more. My personal favorites are graham cracker, PB&J, jelly ring, and you can't go wrong with the classics like strawberry or rainbow too. An easy crowd pleaser to bring a bucket along to any BBQ! The girls behind the counter have always been friendly and helpful. Parking in the attached lot can be a lot tight to get in and out of, but luckily it's off the side road and you don't need to worry about Montauk Highway as much.“

“Purchased this beautiful unicorn cake yesterday! It’s so freaking cute & was delicious! I tried the strawberry soft serve which was dairy free & made with oat milk. It was ok for what it was. Don’t think I’d purchase that one again. They did have about 4-5 options that were dairy free & cannot wait to try those next! Zhao helped us (as per the receipt) & she was so kind & gave phenomenal service. Very quick too. The store itself was so clean & they had a ton of options as far as cakes go and even the frozen ice cream section. Will definitely come back again & again ?

“Wow! Alkemy Ice Cream is amazing! I def recommend trying it! And especially for a birthday party! My entire experience was fantastic! I stumbled upon Alkemy Ice cream while looking for something unique for a birthday and the owner Alan explained how they do birthday parties almost like a show AND make the dessert. They can host a party at the shop OR they can come to you! I was unsure how it would go but Alan was super friendly, answered all my questions throughly and assured me I would love it. I more than loved it! It was the best ever and we are still talking about it. They came to my house and put on a show for the kids that even they are still talking about how cool it was. It was like having a party and adding a surprise guest with a special science experiment show for additional entertainment that makes amazing unique dessert at the end! Each ice cream was perfectly made and was fresh! The toppings were all fresh as well. Watching the show was fascinating and the kids had so much fun learning. They continued to amaze guests as they made each ice cream right there. I wasn’t sure if each kid would be waiting a while but it didn’t take long to get all the kids ice cream after the show. They whipped it up fast and everyone got to pick toppings and have a perfectly made ice cream quickly. They didn’t need a lot of room and even cleaned up!
