I had ordered the steak nacho fries. I got a steak burrito completely off from my order. No where in my order had I said burrito — and said burrito came with rice. I had ordered a steak nacho fry bowl with no nacho cheese sauce, which I ALSO got.
20 years ago it was my favorite place to go for tacos, now I go maybe once a year. I guess everything is smaller and more expensive.
The way they wrapped my steak grill cheese burrito they put half of the food in it. When I told someone about it they just told me it was because it was wrapped.... instead of making one with the proper portion size.

Based on the reviews, counter service can be slow, with online ordering getting preference over live customers. The restaurant is sometimes not clean, and a kitchen worker was not nice. The raspberry tea was water, and when brought to attention, a female cook chuckled and rolled her eyes. They were out of many nuggets flavors, the food was over cooked, fries were way too spicy, and the restaurant was a mess. However, one customer came in late and got cold food from both menus. The manager on duty was very polite and handled the concern swiftly by replacing the order. The crew was very friendly, and the course of action to satisfy the customer was superior.
