“Counter service is a little slow. I don't know if this is a fact or not, just my opinion, but it just seems like doordash and online ordering gets preference over live customers. The workers are working on Togo orders I get it, but it seems like the counter and drive thru are at the bottom of the pecking order. When you walk in you don't get acknowledged right away, not all the time but for the most part sometimes. I do frequent this KFC quit often being the closest one in my area. It's a decent KFC, just don't be in a hurry unless you online order.“
