“Great service! I have an egg allergy and have to be careful when eating out. The two men that helped me today were very helpful and were very careful while making my sandwich. They were very friendly as well and didn't get upset about having to be more careful while making my sandwich.“
“I had forgotten my dogs ice cream cone that I did order and pay for, so I had to go all the way around and through the drive thru to the 2nd window to actually get it. They were so kind and understanding. They were expecting me and had it all ready for him ❤️“
“I was so pleased with the customer service provided when I realized my sandwich cold. The employees never blinked when I asked to warm it up. I didnt realize that request was against company policy. Once product leaves if something wrong new one has to be made. Wound up to be best sandwich ever thanks to smiling and accommodating staff“
“There was a Karen wearing a checkered tablecloth who was swearing, slamming keys, and vowing never to return. She wrongly accused the unfortunate cashier of eye rolling.....which she did not do. The cashier was professional while dealing the best she could with a childish customer.“
“The Subway in Walmart is a great place to stop for lunch, especially if you have gluten concerns. To my knowledge this is the only Subway in the area that routinely has gluten-free buns available, as well as wraps if you prefer it that way. Even better you don't have to skip dessert or settle for fruit! They have Gluten-free brownies that are actually quite good here! Other than that they have a fairly standard selection of Subway fare, prepared by sandwich artists who know their way around a sub. They also have pretzels available, impressive for what is in essence a kiosk Subway. If you're getting ready to shop and don't want to shop hungry, stop in here for a sandwich first!“
“We've been going to this place for a while and it has definitely been improving. The staff have always been great and managers are quick to get on the employees quick if somethings wrong. Food has always been great. The location and atmosphere of the clientele are what bring this place down.Kid-friendliness: Great kid options of pop corn chicken, etc.Parking: Smaller sized lot that fills up fast and was built long ago when all the vehicles were small, so it can be hard to drive through now.“
“Being the first time at this specific one, here's the breakdown. We stopped at the spur of the moment. There was one car there. Luckily we stopped when we did, because as soon as we got our food and sat down, it got busy.Food, the portions were good and the taste and delivery was good.Staff, the staff was younger, as I say to my wife, a bunch of kids. That being said, they were on top of things. Being our first time there, the staff explained exactly what they had and what was what. Even explaining things, we still had our food in a few minutes.Facility, other than the tables needing cleaned a little better, the place looked good. Granted, the tables are stainless and can pick up smudges. There were food stains on the one we sat at, but, a quick wipe with a napkin and we were good.Staff 2, the employees got a good push while we were there, both in house and pickup. They were very lax getting the food ready and out. No, hysterics, no yelling, everything seemed to flow smoothly. So, I can't give it 5 stars, because of the table, but, other than that, it was a good dining experience. The Rev recommends.“
“The food is always great its just a little pricey. The staff are always polite and helpful it's never so busy that it's loud..its a nice place to go out to lunch with a friend ?Parking: Always a spot to park !Wheelchair accessibility: Yes !“
“I only live 7 blocks from Taco Bell and order out or go thru drive thru so we open the bag about 5 mins after getting it and out of my daughters 4 tacos she threw away the bottom of all 4 because they are alway's soggy. Everytime we try she will get tacos again and they have been soggy everytime.Parking: Parking spots are very limited. When you do get a spot you have to be super careful that you don't hit anyone because the drive thru line goes right between the 2 parking lanes and the tight parking area. Makes me nervous everytime.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the sidewalk is flat infront of the doors so there's no curb to worry about. Also it's only 1 level and there is 1 or 2 handicapped parking spots in the small parking lot next to it.“
“I came in with my husband today at around 2:30pm. The person working was WONDERFUL!!! They were patient with my indecisive husband, made suggestions, and was funny all while being polite. If I lived in olean, I would 100% be a frequent flyer. Great employee, great food, great store! My sandwich was PERFECT.Parking: Lots o spots and right out front“
