“Great food! Stopped there on a whim and what a pleasant surprise. Staff was fun, food was great (try the chocolate cake) and atmosphere was cool! I can always tell when a restaurant has a real chef, and the quality of food and presentation said it all. Go there, you'll love it!“

“Went to Sprague Maple Farms for a birthday lunch with my family this past weekend. The food was fantastic, as is the overall experience. I wanted to mention the staff going above and beyond for me. I left my birthday cards with check in them at the table on accident. Got home and realized I didn’t have them. Called down, not only did they save them. They promptly mailed them too me saving a 3 hour drive from Buffalo!“

“We were recently in Olean on 10/23/23, visiting from Greensburg PA, and decided to stop at the brewery to celebrate our anniversary and have a beer. Although the place was closed, the owner was around and let us in without a thought. He was absolutely amazing and incredibly kind, and took time out of his day to have conversation with us. He and the place was very welcoming and the beer was fantastic. We highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back!“
