“I have had a lot of Chinese takeout in my life. I was a broke line cook in Syracuse and Buffalo, takeout was king, but this is leaps and bounds better than anything I've had prior to this. My wife and I love the Scallion Pancakes, Lemon Chicken (serious katsu vibe), Spare Ribs (boneless mostly, but both are great), and most recently easily the best Mapo tofu I have ever had. I've had it at Peach Blossom at Turning Stone, and Taste of China is easily better. Far better distinction of different flavors, no lack os Sichuan peppercorns, and like half the price of the Casino. Try the Mapo, especially during cold season, it may change your life. Mapo Bean Curd, you won't be sorry.“
