They keep the drive-thru moving!
Store manager and employees are rude, lazy and have poor overall customer service. Not only did I have to drive back to get the rest of my order after they forgot a good chunk of it, but they refused a refund after telling me two separate times I’d get one for the inconvenience. When addressed, three employees, including the store manager, gave attitude and picked a tone with me instead of looking into the problem.

Today on a very short lunch break at 11:50 AM I did a drive thru order, and upon getting my turkey club sandwich I dropped it at the window onto the parking lot, but without a beat the amazingly nice young man clerk offered to make me another/ no judgement, just AWESOME customer service!! Thank you😊
