Not only does she expertly serve my fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, with a welcoming smile, but she also demonstrated true heroism when I faced a severe peanut allergy reaction. Her quick thinking and ability to handle emergencies make her not just a fantastic bartender, but a guardian angel behind the bar. Gibby's and our fraternity are lucky to have such a caring and capable bartender on our side.“

“Found this gem when we searched for a pub with good food in Oswego after Saturday baseball tournament games.We don't have these off-the-main-drag places back home (our loss). Do not be afraid to go in just because it's small and on a side street.Wide variety of bar food with upscale twist and weekly specials. Tasty, fresh, and plenty of protein-not just carbs and cheese .We shared the chicken broccoli egg rolls special, and each had a quesadilla (chicken bacon ranch dilla and shrimp fajita dilla). I'd recommend both, but look forward to coming back during next year's tournament for the Korean BBQ wings and mushroom swiss burger.More: Clean, well-lit, wide variety of music, not too loud. “Went here for the first time last night, college just ended the semester recently so it was very quiet when we got there, it was also "early" too. The bartender was very sweet and let us try a sample of some of the beers so we could find something we really liked. It was very clean, friendly and quick service. I've never went when college was still in session so though my experience may have been much quieter I definitely would go back again.“
