“Homey’s Bistro is the place to go to in Glen Head. Across from the LIRR Parking is easy. They serve breakfast, amazing lunch and NOT TO FORGET, the donuts 🍩 and cinnamon rolls, which are massive. Three try one of their amazing iced espresso. They also have beer from a local distributor and started last week. They’re doing wine and crate trays on the evenings of Friday and Saturday. i’ll be going this Friday tomorrow to check that one out. I will give this place five stars friendly. They have their own pastry chef on staff, which makes everything fresh daily. Check it out.“

“Healthy, Delicious, and Made with Care- I’ve made the shift from traditional fast food to healthy, relatively fast food — and this place has made that change not only easy, but enjoyable. The salads are always fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Their attention to detail is exceptional.

They take the time to get things right, every time — whether it’s making sure my own salads are chopped just the way I like (finely, but never mushy), or going above and beyond to create a special, unchopped “social” salad for my young grandson, complete with perfectly placed grilled chicken, avocado, and egg on a warm bed of grains.

On top of the great food, the team here is warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Staff members Sim and Swendy consistently show thoughtfulness and care.

“WOW! This was my first time at Village Greens and it was amazing. I got to meet one of the owners Brian who was very welcoming & gets to know his customers on a first name bases. The food at Village Greens was FRESH. I honestly could taste the freshness of the ingredients. I got the Buffalo cauli-power bowl with mozzarella balls instead of blue cheese. INCREDIBLE. I also got the Mediterranean falafel bowl which was HUGE and so delicious! I love how any bowl can be put into a wrap, I got the cojita corn bowl in a wrap, so creamy and tasty! They also have make your own bowls & super good juices! This is a must try spot! I can’t wait to go back!!“

“I was at a red light and looked to my right and seen this place. So glad that I did. The food here is amazing as their name suggests. I had the beef Pad Se-Eaw and it was great. The portion size was generous, I had enough to take home and eat it again the next day. My hubby had the Amazing Thai Cuisine Duck. He loved it and so did I, I couldn’t help reaching over the table to grab a bite or two. We had the vegetable spring rolls as well and those were delicious. But what was even better than the food were the owners. They were both so friendly and welcoming. The owner and chef, Ken came out of the kitchen to check on us and we all had a great talk. They were delightful and I cannot wait to go back. This place deserves every 5 star they have received.“

He took the time to explain which items would help me with my program and even recommended the stuff he personally eats as part of his diet that helped him. “Had an amazing time, an absolutely phenomenal meal, and heard some fantastic comics at Brasserie by Chef Aless comedy night! It’s in Massapequa right off Merrick road. Highly recommend this restaurant, every time we eat there the food is amazing. Must try items on the menu: mussels, french onion soup, wedge salad, any steaks they are making, branzino, even the burger and fries! Pat the bar tender is the man and makes the best cocktails. All the staff is super friendly and the owners are amazing people.“

“I live down the block so I'm happy this is a quality pizza place. Their regular, square vodka and chicken bacon ranch slices are great and you get good value for your dollar. The chicken bacon ranch is the best i have ever had. I would have given this place 5 stars if they made the Buffalo chicken and bbq chicken slices like they do the chicken bacon ranch. Unfortunately, those are usually my go to slices but for some reason they take a very different approach than they do the chicken bacon ranch and it definitely doesn't work. I recommend giving this place a try especially if you live in the neighborhood.“

If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

“This is our FAVORITE place to get Raman! You can’t get any better than this! So delicious, always fresh, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. So many options on the menu, even some great options for Gluten free!! The size of the dishes is so much, we usually end up taking some home, I love it! The kimchi is the best and the crispy chicken bun is so fluffy and the chicken is so crispy! The soup is amazing and it fits perfectly with the toppings.
