“So glad we stopped by!! The rest of the family was opting for fast food but I saw this place on Yelp and wanted to check it out. It’s small but the service was super fast even though the place was full. Food was delish and so fresh - we got burgers, fries, a quesadilla that had good seasoning on the chicken - it wasn’t a typical bland chicken quesadilla. And the kids liked the “Bag o’ lemonade!”“

“I was impressed by the cleanliness, and great customer service of this White Castle. The location was decent when I left New York 17 years ago and has gotten better since. I ordered a chocolate milk with my meal. The guy at the window gave me a straw and asked if I wanted a spoon. I remember being able to drink a shake through a straw (Pause). Shake was thick, and good. I ended up using a spoon for it. When I return to New York this will continue to be one of my go to White Castle locations.“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Royale. First it has an awesome bar and restaurant indoors and the space outdoors is beautifully decorated. I have celiac disease and they had the most delicious gluten free nachos (made on site) ever! They were perfect. I was so happy I could have them and they were excellent! Great atmosphere and food! Our female server should get a raise for her care and consideration. However the male server was highly unprofessional. He was shouting and swearing at a game and playing on his phone while dealing with us. Gave the general impression that he was annoyed there were customers. Only other bugbear was there were two lots of music being played over the top of each other. Please pick one and stick to it.“

“My wife and I visited Handcraft Burgers and Brews for my birthday this past weekend. As soon as my wife opened the menu she knew that I was going to have to try the burger of the month which was a peanut butter and grape jelly topped hamburger with jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Admittedly I have never had peanut butter and jelly on a burger before but I figured I would try something new and see what all of the hype was about. Turns out, I loved it! Every bite was so flavorful and completely made my birthday lunch a worthwhile venture! We also tried the tater tots, because who doesn't love a good tater tot. We could have chosen from multiple dipping sauces but we decided to go with the garlic aioli and I am glad we did. I dipped each of my tater tots in the sauce and there was plenty for both of us to share. We were helped by Vanessa at the restaurant and she was very accommodating when I was having trouble using a coupon that I had for my birthday. All in all this was a wonderful choice for my birthday lunch and when we are in the area again I would definitely stop by and perhaps try the latest burger of the month along with some tater tots and garlic aioli dipping sauce of course!“

Burgers chicken fries. I can just have fries .. I think that they are excellent. They used to sale a whole fish that was divine. There are drinks , wine beer. They often play music and have live entertainment.. they typically close in late summer for winter.“

“Vegan restaurant by Tompkins park. The halumi and pumpkin starter was amazing. I had the Yube sandwich, wouldn’t recommend. Their house burger was definitely a better choice.

Good if you’re looking for a vegan or vegetarian option. On the expensive side, and there’s definitely better places in the area.

I typically get the regular DuMont Burger, the smaller size, with onion rings and maybe soup if they have tomato that day. The DuMac and cheese burger is a good way to get a bit of the good stuff without buying a full order of the Mac.
Smash burgers are on trend right now, and I don’t understand that. I love a thick burger, and I order medium rare because I am confident in the quality of their food.“

I got a jalapeno burger and Cajun fries and I only had cash and I was short, so I told them to take the fries off and they didn’t charge me for it but they put the fries in the box and just gave it to me..
