“As always, dinner was amazing. From the delicious drinks, courteous service, relaxing, elegant atmosphere, and the delicious dishes. And without me having to ask, they brought a cake with a candle to my daughter whose birthday it was, which was very thoughtful and absolutely delicious. I continue to highly recommend Shands and the State Room for everything from happy hour to dinner and late night snacks.”

“Been here a few times. falafel gyro, butter chicken and a philicheese steak (where I go I have to try it and usaully disapointed) Each time I can hear them cutting the fresh ingredigents for the food. Phillycheese steak with feta cheese is something I will have to try again. The Butter chicken was so good.”

“Went here for brunch today for first time. Friendly staff!! Atmosphere was great! Our waiter was very friendly made us feel good from start to finish. Food was very good! Thank you for being the great place we hoped for. Our waiter was Danyeal, very nice young man!!!”

“Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Tap Room (Patchogue) (specifically the Patchogue location). We were invited to a family party, buffet-style. I reached out to the restaurant via email, because I wanted to make sure they could accommodate my daughters food allergies -- eggs, soy, sunflower seeds, tree nuts and peanuts, or I would plan ahead and pack snacks she could safely eat instead. The Culinary Director, Joseph Walsh, called me the next day. He spoke to me for awhile, went over her food allergies, made some suggestions, and assured me that he would come up with something she could safely eat. The morning of the party, he sent me an email to confirm we were coming and his suggestions for a safe meal (rice and beans sauteed with bell peppers, chicken cutlet w/ no egg, and a mixed fruit salad). I emailed him back that just rice and beans and the fruit salad would be fine, because she doesn't eat chicken. He emailed me back, concerned that rice and beans and a fruit salad wouldn't be enough, but I assured him it would be fine because she's only 7 and has anxiety over trying new foods at restaurants (understandably), so sticking with rice and beans and fruit salad, which she's comfortable with, would be perfect. At the event, Joseph told my relative that he wanted to talk to us, and when we arrived, he came to introduce himself, told me that he was making sure everything was prepared separately and would be ready for her shortly. Absolutely fantastic service. We truly, truly appreciated all his care and effort, because that's sadly not the norm most of the time when we try to eat out. Thank you Joseph at the Tap Room in Patchogue!”

We had the short rib special, the sea bass and the swordfish entrees and they were delicious! The mussels in white sauce to start and the (clearly) homemade peanut butter and chocolate & carrot cake desserts were phenomenal. Our waitress Jaimie was the BEST-so sweet and welcoming-all of her recommendations from cocktails to entrees to dessert were spot on. We can’t wait to come back!”

“We were in Patchogue and my friend was craving General Tso's chicken. 2 people recommended this place so we went. Apparently, it's the only proper sit-down Chinese restaurant in the area (with wait service) so this really worked out nicely. Eason, was very professional, super attentive and polite and Lee was so kind as well, in accommodating us and explaining the menu, in addition to allowing for substitutions. For $7 extra, choice of soup, roast pork egg roll/spring roll/shrimp roll (not greasy at all!), and ice cream are included! The ambiance and food take you back to how it used to be back in the day. They even have a bar menu. Oh..shout out to Evan😁”

“This place is for the foodies! We dinned at the Patchogue Location on a Saturday 4pm and had the place to ourselves which was nice. We ordered The Sals fried chicken bowl with caesar salad, it was so good! we also ordered the mac & cheese and this was probably one of the best i’ve ever had, 10/10 must try. The parmesan truffle fries are perfectly crisp and delicious. The risotto balls were also very good! Our server Gianna R was so sweet and attentive. Highly recommended this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️e”

“I attended an event Friday night and this place blew me away on so many levels. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Between Kaitlyn giving me a sample of one of the wines because I told her I was picky about wine and Zack accommodating an absolutely ridiculous request, they were all just amazing people. I’m autistic and I make some ridiculous requests sometimes, but Zack didn’t even bat an eye. I have pet rats and I saw that broccoli rabe was on the menu as a side, so I asked if I could take home like a single piece and he didn’t even blink, he just said to remind him before I left. I will definitely be patronizing them in the future”

“Breakfast is our favorite meal and we eat out every morning. Due to an early morning doctor appointment, we bumped into Buttermilk’s Kitchen. Great vibe as soon as you walk in….friendly and cheerful staff, nice decor, immediate service. I had the “The ‘Ol Barnyard”…..the sausage gravy was excellent with big chunks of sausage and super flavorful…..probably the best I’ve had here in NY and most of the South!!! The bacon was high quality and very tasty. My perfect over easy eggs were so fresh (yes, I can taste the freshness and quality just by having a bite of the whites!). My husband had a “Create Your Own Omelette” and declared that is was a “work of art” (I was offended because I make a darn good omelette and he never said that to me!) We were concerned about the “hash browns” because that usually means just cubed and fried potatoes, so we were very pleasantly surprised at the delicious shredded and seasoned, crispy but soft hash browns. Our regular coffee was good and hot, and they offer several “craft” coffee options. The Banana Foster French toast looked delectable! The lunch menu looks good, as well. We’ll definitely be back.”

“Hands down, Best protein shakes on the island. Honestly can’t be compared, only thing that comes close is smoothie king and the closest one is in Manhattan. Salad so fresh it doesn’t even need dressing, once you start chomping down you’ll forget to put dressing on it. Great selection of supplements, best brands on the market are found here. Let’s not forget the snacks. If you like protein bars then you know how hard it is to find ones that are healthy and actually tasty. You don’t have to worry about that here, I’ve yet to eat a protein bar from this place and put it down. Lastly, the European coffee they use is top brand in Europe. There isn’t a coffee shop in Europe without that emblem (illy) in their windows. Great place, great service, great people, great food, great coffee, great shakes, and great products. What else do you want”

“Island Kava Massapequa is one of my favorite spots to unwind. The vibe here is always on point — laid-back, clean, and super inviting. Whether I’m stopping in for a quick shell or hanging out for a few hours, the experience is consistently great. The kavatenders are awesome — friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to recommend something new to try. You can really tell they care about creating a great environment. If you’re in the area and haven’t checked it out yet, you’re missing out!”

Steve used to hang out at the Laundromat with his mom he played with Timmy and Jennifer 😂 great memories of a life that no longer exist.”

The garlic knots, fazzanis (parmigiana, roni-pepper and san gennaro), mozzarella sticks, fresh fried mozzarella, rice balls and new york style pizza (plain, extra cheese, breaded chicken, grilled chicken, pepperoni, meatball, and olive) are always great. Very good quality food, and they have a reward system on their website were you can earn points for free food, which is nice. They also occasionally offer sale specials for certain occassions (most recent was a back-to-school one). Fyi, we always get delivery, which is consistently quoted at 40 minutes, but sometimes it arrives quicker.”

“Me and my friends love to frequent lindo México for the drinks, food and vibes. Even tho we moved from Patchogue, the amazing food keeps us coming back on the weekend. I recommend the carne asada tacos and the carne asada nachos. We all love to get coronas but they do offer other beers if you’d like. Every now and then I also get an horchata which are to die for. Over all I definitely recommend this place 100/10!!”

The drinks were reasonably priced. The people here take pool seriously though so bring your game face. Parking was easy & I suggest paying & tipping with cash. “Having been diagnosed with Parkinson's last year, I was directed to Organically Connected by a friend in San Diego & found it as well stocked as any CBD shop that I visited in California. It's got between 20 - 30 varieties of flowers & a mind boggling variety of gummies, oils & pre-rolls. I can move easily & speak clearly in a much more effectively than I have with just dopa drugs. The Delta 8 kush in particular which in comparison to the Gummies is like comparing oatmeal to cherrios.”
