“My girlfriends & I went to Bob’s Diner yesterday after we left the Guardian Vet Hospital in Brewster( with great news!) We had breakfast. Thomas the owner was very personable & yesterday since the waitress did not show up he had a multitude of jobs! Done to perfection!!! The food was delicious, made with lots of care! We were not rushed out and the diner, to me, brought back memories of when I was a child! I highly recommend eating there & I will plan on going back!! Thanks Thomas 💙“

“Maybe this was an off night for Dolce being new years eve. From the start, the waiter had one thing on his mind, get us out as quickly as possible. Waiter was not friendly, and had no interest in assisting us. Didn't even offer bread , only came after we asked during the appetizer. Food was average to above average which helped the situation. Ownership needs to school the waiters on better ettiquette with customers“

“We stopped at Lou's Restaurant early in the morning on our way to the airport. We got a friendly welcome and ordered the house speciality 'Eggs Loui' with black coffee and sausages on the side. Everything was freshly prepared and the eggs were absolutely delicious. Great portions as well, I was fully satisfied after the meal.
The place itself is also very nice, it's an old school diner where you felt taken back in time a few years. But absolutely in a good way, I love places like that.

“The best Sicilian in Putnam County. Crunchy bottom, soft and tasty inside. My husband and I get a whole pie, it’s the best fresh out of the oven, we eat two or three slices in the restaurant and take home the rest, freeze for lunches. Bring a devoted Sicilian slice customer I ventured out to a salad, not any salad, their Asian salad. Cold crisp romaine lettuce, crispy chow mein noodles, sliced almonds and mandarin oranges, and the best Asian dressing. Really a very enjoyable salad. A great place for good food and great staff.“

“Mezzaluna restaurant is a great place to visit. I live in South Carolina and when my wife and I travel to NY we always visit Mezzaluna several times a week. The food and service is always excellent as is our usual waiter, Nick. He is great at his job, very friendly, observant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Great sauces in the beef, chicken and vegetables options. The wonton soup broth was tasty and not too salty. Scallion pancakes were a crispy treat. All dishes were reasonably priced.
