“We get alot of food at j&t, super bowl Sunday we got subs, my wife got the chicken finger sub and all that came on it was A LIttLE boss sauce- no cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes. Just a dry sub . Get your mouth watered up and look at a dry sub, this has happened before where you get some meat on sub and next time nothing. Not very consistent at all. Pizza is great but subs I’m going to geneseo.“

“Best pizza anywhere! We come here quite often. Being from Chicago, we decided to give the Deep Dish a try. I have to give them an A for effort but this is not Chicago Style pizza nor anything close to it. It still was good and enjoyed every bit of it. Stick with the regular pizza. It costs less too. Others claim to have it, can’t find it nowhere in WNY. Pastores does have the best pizza.“

The customer service was a little blunt and to the point, which is fine, but it would take a lot for me to say they were friendly or welcoming. Yes, they got their job done well, but customer service includes a lot more than just doing your job.
That being said, the pizza was phenomenal, although a little light on toppings for a 20 dollar 12" pizza (that's their medium). I was expecting a medium pizza to be 14" at least, so it seemed a bit small to me. Besides the size, the pizza was delicious. Thick fluffy crust, perfectly cooked, perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Not sure if I would get again only because of the price for such a small pizza, but it is enjoyable enough. If you don't have a tight budget, go ahead and get a 30 dollar large.
