“Sorrentos was my go to spot when I lived in Pearl River. Moved to Tappan last summer and have yet to find a pizza place as good as Sorrentos even though there are a ton of options a few minutes from my house. Recently had a pizza party and all my guests loved the pizza! I will forever make the 15 minute drive for some Sorrentos pizza ;-) :-P“

“I can't say enough great things about Defiant! Last week we hosted a small wedding reception and it was perfect. We were able to do anything we wanted with the space we had (we didn't rent the entire place, just a few tables). The food was great, as usual! The beers and other drinks were great and the price was so reasonable! We were able to use all the games at the brewery, and we were even able to play Terminator 2 on the projector which was a major bonus. The staff was truly wonderful which made everything even better. The owner, the cook, and the bartender were all so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have a casual, and intimate wedding. Thank you guys SO much!“

“I still like the Grand Saloon after all these years. Food still good, especially the French Dip. Agree with another reviewer tho- the beers are a rip-off (Guinness is expensive and underpoured). Pearl River is one of my favorite downtowns! 3.5 - 4 stars.“
