“Came to Sander's to get some kosher baked goods for my coworkers. I really wanted to get some donuts, but it was too early in the morning, and they were still baking them. Ended up getting some rugelach that were fresh from the oven. The rugelach were a hit in the office. The staff really liked them. My coworker who was kosher really liked them too. A bunch of people just kept eating them throughout the day. The rugelach were delicious. The chocolate was good. The pastry wasn't too sweet. The vanilla ones were great too, but I really liked the chocolate ones the best. They have a dress code that they post in front of the store before you go in. Make sure you wear closed toe shoes, cover your knees, and shoulders. It shouldn't be a problem in the winter though. If you want some good baked goods, Sander's is a great option. If you're like me and wanting to pick up some kosher pastries, I would check which certification your friend/coworker accept as there are many they may or may not eat.“

“Flew in to NY for a wedding and asked on the Facebook page Kosher Foodie where should I take my awesome wife to dinner. I’d say at least 85% said @firesidekosher, so we had to. What an experience. Our server Anthony greeted us and went over the specials. I then picked his brain about what we should try. This was somewhat of a challenge as my bestie @mishmami_ had been on an intense diet restriction with no gluten and a few other no no’s. For our starters we tried the Beer Battered Duck Tenders, served with a few dips, including their Fireside Aioli, Maple Aioli, and a Sweet & Sour. Seriously I could’ve been done right there as we were in complete heaven. I’ve never tasted Duck so juicy. But we had to keep going. My bestie had the Mushroom Chicken Soup. While I’m not a Mushroom Guy, she loved it. For our entree we both had the “Hangar Hot Sizzle”, which we finished cooking table side. I upgraded my side of fries to their outstanding Gravy Fries w/garlic aioli and Pulled Beef. Words cannot describe it as good as it was. While Chana was already full after a few bites, I assured her I would finish whatever she left over. Needless to say, as incredible as it was, I’m sitting here in the hotel room asking myself why I ate so much meat. But it was that good. After talking for what seemed like an hour, we decided to have dessert which was I think called Sundae Sundae, a mix of several flavors of non dairy ice cream with chocolate ganache.All in all an outstanding dining experience and will gladly come again the next time we are in Monsey.“

“One of our favorite restaurants! The food is incredibly flavorful, and everyone from the owner to the greeter to the waiters are a pleasure to talk with, making the experience that much better. It can get a bit noisy, but the tables are spaced so you're not right on top of your neighbor. Suggestions- Apps- Malfatti, Polpette, Cauliflower Sformatino Main- Spinach & Roasted Garlic Risotto, Cherry Braised Short Ribs, Sunday Gravy, Braised Veal Cheek. Dessert- Beignets, Carrot Cake These are our favorites, but I've heard no complaints about any dishes.“

“Local restaurant with exceptional French fare. My favorite is their onion soup which is made with a chicken broth and not beef broth making it a lighter soup but also deliciously loaded with the cheese we all love on an onion soup. The appetizers and just perfect and entrees are delicious. To finish the meal they have a Chocolate or Grand Marnier soufflé and many other desserts that are delightful. Check their website menu and enjoy, we always do.“

“The three of us went for a late breakfast. We were seated quickly. The place was about 40% full. We ordered food and then the lunch crowd arrived. Our server was very good and took our order with some special notes without fail. This is our fifth time eating here, and Giovanna did not fail on the food. Cheese steak sandwhich had Sautee onions and plenty of thinly sliced steak. It was delicious. We also had eggs over easy, which was done perfectly. The eggs had those fried little eggs of egg whites. Link sausage was tender, juicy, and very flavorful. Scramble eggs were light and tasty, sliced avocados on top were fresh and complemented the dish nicely. It also came with a fresh fruit cup. A complementary refresh on the coffee is a nice touch. The only downside is that when it's busy, the wait time is long. We have waited .45 mins for a table. Street parking only.“

“The food from Giulio's never disappoints! The food is excellent-especially the Dover sole, which is fillleted table side! The ambiance of Giulio's is like none other! The restaurant is a beautiful Victorian style home from the late 1800s. It is decorated perfectly, creating an attracting atmosphere! My family and I always have an enjoyable and memorable time at Giulio's, whether it's a party for an event or a family dinner.“

Thank you.Previous: This is my go to sushi spot. Food is great. We love the rolls. Fish is always fresh and delicious. Salmon skin roll is really well done. We like the ponzu tuna app and dumplings. The sashimi dinner is a lot of fish. I actually don't order it bc I like my fish sliced thinner, they give big think slices which is a good value, but not my preference. Salad dressing is too oniony. Family makes me pickup at least once a week.“

“We really like Masago! We've been ordering their lunch specials for about a year, and the food has always been fresh and consistent with reasonable pricing for the 3 roll combo. We look forward to it every week. Once you order from them on the phone, you can leave your food and payment preferences on file, so calling them and re-ordering is super quick. Delivery during lunch time is usually within 30 minutes, and they will leave the food on your porch if you ask.“
