“The best meatball parm ever.meatballs are soft and flavourful as well as the sauce. The bread is a little soft but I just throw it in the air fryer for 3 min and it doesn't ruin the integrity of the moist flavourful meatballs.

Evan was always there to help from the begining of the planning and right up to the end. even when our orginal date had to be cancelled and eventually rebooked for a year later. The venue. “When we decided to have our wedding in our home for our thirty guests, we knew we wanted the food to really be something special. We stumbled across The Fresh Company online and what we read (and saw), described exactly the kind of caterer we wanted. They prepare the food on-site using locally sourced ingredients, creating a seasonal menu that appeals to children as well as adults. We contacted them by phone just 3 weeks before the wedding! We met with our planner, Damaris Drummond, and she really paid attention as we described our vision for the food. We were treated to samples as we described our special requirements and requested alternate ingredients. She made sure we knew we could have anything we wanted. She created the perfect menu for us! When we made the decision to move ahead, they had just two weeks to pull everything together. On the morning of the wedding, our event manager, Kevin, took charge and transformed our home beautifully. Our chef and wait person did an outstanding job preparing and setting out the buffet. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the food or service and would highly recommend them for any event, large or small. “I don’t even know where to begin, the entire Briarcliff team were truly incredible to work with. From the first tour, to all questions we had asked. Kelsey was AMAZING to work with, she made sure every single detail was covered and made our vision truly come together, and all through the wedding was so attentive and if we needed anything she would take care of it. The night we had our wedding Perry was going around to each of our tables and made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. Jen our bridal attendant was truly amazing, she made sure I was hydrated, that we both ate and had time to ourselves. She was an absolute pleasure to have by my side all night. The decor that was done by Vincenza was absolutely beautiful. My flowers were gorgeous as well and she made our vision come true. The venue itself is maintained so nicely, and was a dream come true to have gotten married here. Our guests couldn’t get over how delicious the food was, the amount of food that was out during cocktail hour, and for dinner it was amazing! The Briarcliff team made us feel like family the day we went and leading up to the wedding. We are so so so happy with the decision we made getting married here.“
