“I just wanted to Thank the employees at Wegmans, espically the Customer Service people and Custoidians as well as the rigister staff.I lost my hearing aid on Monday. I tried to track it with my app on my phone but couldn" t find it. The Front End Staff and Customer Service as well as the Helping hands tried to help as well. I left my name and number to call if they founf it and they also alertred the custoidial staff as well but I thought it was lost. Well the next afternoon I got a phone call saying they found it!! Special thanks to custoidal staff and Alex at the register for finding it and turning it into customer service! Wegmans has a very caring staff and although we are all under stress at this time with covid, they still take the time to care. I would recommend this store to anyone. “Absolutely out of this world food, communication, professionalism, and service. I filled out the "contact us" at 430 on a Friday and had a response before 5. Our wedding guests raved all night about the food and we are still getting compliments days later. The range of food types was incredible as there were multiple allergies to worry about, plus FBD taking diabetic and heart health conscious guests needs in mind. I'm currently drooling thinking about what we ate. Test tasting their food was also wonderful. Even going on a not empty stomach, we cleared our plates. The whole experience was quaint and efficiently run. Their folks not only set up quickly and smoothly, but serviced our tables, assembled in house so everything was fresh, and everyone was personable beyond belief. We greatly appreciate the store staying neutral on the "face diaper"!....No haphazard bin's to dispose the "germ" masks in?.... “Kudos to the Ice Man in the fresh fish department at the Canandaigua Wegmans! A very nice and extremely knowledgeable young man took the time to talk fish with my sister and I this past Sunday. He was icing down the fresh fish display, hence the name Ice Man. I'm sorry to not have given him the courtesy of asking his name. We weren't familiar with Char and by the time he explained the fish we were hooked. We each bought a whole fish. The flavor and texture are amazing I called this evening to inquire as to availability and a very nice lady named Audrey will have an answer tomorrow morning as to whether they'll have more this Sunday. I can shop at 3 other Wegmans that are much closer to home but I absolutely love the selection available at the Canandaigua store. A great team of knowledge people!“
