“I recommend Panera in general but definitely not the Penfield Location. I am currently waiting for a smoothie & I hear them talking about how they shouldn’t have to clean out their blender after making a mango smoothie. I am deathly allergic to mango and the way they are talking about it absolutely horrible. Like yes I want that cleaned out so I don’t die“

“I cannot say enough good things about Thai Delish. My son and I eat here regularly, and we have never had a bad meal. Every thing is always very fresh, and made to order with the greatest care. The service is phenomenal, the staff bend over backwards to ensure you have a pleasant dining experience. The drunken noodles, and Pad Se Ew ( I don't know if I have spelled that correctly) are amazing. Their dumplings are topped with crispy fried garlic, their coconut pudding is unlike anything you've tried before. Such a welcome addition to our local restaurants, sure to become a family favorite. ❤️“

“Although the food was good, I found the establishment lacking in baby/kid-friendly amenities. There was no changing table, so I had to change my one-year-old on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the cashier was less than ideal/accommodating and didn’t explain where to get our drink cups or that we needed to pick up our bakery item ourselves. We had to return to ask these questions multiple times, which was quite frustrating

“After a tip from friends, we checked out Merchants Wood Fired Pizza & Bistro. It's in an out of the way location, but is so worth your trip. Nestled in a city neighborhood, this place is delicious with a super cute patio. Food gave off an "Old School Italian American" vibe in the best possible way. We enjoyed flavorful housemade meatballs in a great sauce. Burrata was tasty with the most delicious charred tomatoes (we omitted the prosciutto at one diner's preference). The salads were just the right size if you wanted to have those and split a pizza, which two of us did. The Funghi Pizza was tasty and had just the right amount of truffle (some places go overboard). This was a super hit -- very crave-able! For our pickier diner, the Spicy Cup Pepperoni Pizza was the perfect option. Both pizzas had a nice crust, baked nicely, and a perfect amount of cheese. Service was friendly and attentive. Everyone greatly enjoyed the meal. We'll definitely return.“

“I went this past Saturday for my first time. Spacious place. Great iced coffee I got the special bee latte, chocolate chip coconut scone and a breakfast burrito with chorizo. But the breakfast burrito taking over 30 minutes I don’t think I would order food again unless placing in advance the place wasn’t so busy there was no one in line before me when I got there and 2 orders after me the one guy ordering after me got his food before me. I tried to be patient but after 25 minutes of waiting I finally asked the worker if maybe he forgot to send my burrito back he said no i said okay do you know how much longer it may be ? He said 5/10 minutes i was shocked. I kept waiting and considered trying to ask for a refund because that was a long wait in my opinion finally I got the burrito maybe after 35/40 minutes of waiting!! But yes it was delicious I just don’t think I could wait that long again for food.“

“We are from Michigan & have not found one local chain pizza place that actually has 'flavor'! My son & I visited here last week & were so surprised at how good the pizza slices tasted! Tasted like high quality ingredients with lots of flavor! Reasonable prices. The young girl at the counter was so sweet & accommodating, while the young man who was the manager cooked the pizza to perfection! Both were very professional & welcoming. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.“

“Outstanding customer service at this location. Mgrs Chad and Tom helped meet my needs in an emergency when friends were displaced by fire and sent to a nearby hotel. They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. Chad even included a personal note wishing them well in getting through this difficult time. We were all super impressed and the family in need felt cared for. She came home all lit up that she had a bowl of soup and it made her so happy during the storm of a hardship. Wow I hope that God blesses this business ten fold and you have a new patron for life, me! there's never food at the Cancer Center just a snack cart and for people to sit around hungry all day is really sad I know I was one. I made her pack some snacks and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich because I was afraid she was going to be hungry all day at the hospital. “A "neighborhood bar and grill" with much better food, drinks, and service. I've been there over a hundred times and love the consistency in the experience. The dining room is separate from the bar area if you want a quieter environment, but there are also tables in the bar area and outside. It's also great for take-out - the online ordering is a little flaky (hint: check out as guest and don't try to make an account) but you can always call your order in as well.

The bread is among the better for sub shops (not too hard on the outside, but not completely soft either). The ingredients (meats and toppings) are very good quality. “I ordered three subs from DiBellas on East Ridge Road after work Saturday the 20th of Nov. around 3:30pm. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who made my sub's I would have let her no. “Good sandwiches but small in size. Delicious food but a little bit pricey. Overall, a fair place for middle class America. Many don't realize that Panera comes from Paneer, which means cheese in Persian. The restaurant is essentially called cheese and bread. The roots of European languages lies in Central Asian Persian.
Anyway, my daughter is a fan favorite of Panera.“
