“Food was very good but wanted to add ketchup and pepper to my drive thru sandwich. I was told they only had packets and I was fine with that, but after I received my food and left Bruegger's, I never received any packets of anything. Really put a damper on the overall experience.“

“Saturday morning, -2°F (feels like -20) outside, and I’m picking up two dozen bagels for my daughter’s birthday. Not exactly the kind of weather that makes you want to leave the house… but Bruegger’s made it completely worth it.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You could tell they genuinely cared, which honestly warmed things up more than the heaters did.

The bagels were fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. Ordering two dozen could have easily felt chaotic, but everything was organized and ready thanks to their super convenient online ordering system. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free — exactly what you need when you’re prepping for a kid’s birthday party.

I also really appreciate the little things they do that show they go the extra mile. They offer storage bags to help keep the bagels fresh, and I love that you can buy their cream cheese to take home. Those thoughtful touches make a big difference.

“These are the best bagels in Rochester, no questions asked! We have been coming to Bagel Land for more than 30 years and time after time they continue to turn out high quality fairly priced bagels. Some of our favorites are the Firesalt, Jalapeño, Salt and Sesame. We know the job market is tough for service oriented shops and we wanted to take a second to shout out to Maudie and Lucy for their great service and attention to details. If anyone wants to try a decent lunch sandwich, get their Herby Turkey the way it comes on either the recommended sesame or everything. And have them sub brisket for the Turkey.

The cold cut turkey doesn't allow the flavors to mix properly but the brisket on the sandwich taste like an Italian roast .
