“Since 1996 I have been coming here to Fireside Caterers, and the food here is simply outstanding! Everything is fresh and wonderful, but their chicken cutlet Parmesan hero is probably the best I ever had, anywhere. Fresh cutlets and homemade sauce, on soft hero rolls, this really is the standard that your local deli or pizza joint should be holding itself up to. Counter service is ok 9/10, the tall woman doing checkout is very fast and keeps it moving, but not very friendly— don’t sweat it, it’s NY. Nearly 30 years now I’ve been coming here and I am telling you this is like a super-deli, calling themselves Caterers, don’t let that stop you- I’d eat here every day if I could. Phenomenal eatery. You will never see lunch the same again. I love it.

On many occasions, when looking for a specific item, the owner would tell me he'll order it, he's also asked if there's anything else I'd request be carried in the store. I tried multiple delis in the area and was so disappointed in every experience I had. My new lady friend suggested this small deli up the road called bay deli. I was reluctant to give another deli a try in this area but let me tell you.
