I worked here from 1994-1996 and back then we knew what customer service was. This was my first time back eating at this location in Plainview since!
I felt that the kid taking my order was in a hurry to be anywhere but at the counter. "Anything else" was asked after every item I ordered. What happened to suggestive selling? "Would you like an apple pie with that." I was flabbergasted.
