Cashier is not friendly at all. I said good afternoon and she didn’t answer. A robot could do as well and be programmed to smile. Management needs to remind staff that friendlier service goes a long way, Also portions are too small and the small piece of bread given with large soup bowls is ridiculous and another small piece should be given if requested Without Giving The Customer A Hard Time by saying no!!!
They constantly get orders wrong. Today I ordered a salad that had chicken and asked for dressing on the side - what I got was loaded with dressing and NO chicken. I've ordered vegetable soup with pesto and received chili. And this is just a sampling. Half the time the soup is lukewarm at best. If they mix up their order, they are supposed to correct it and give you a treat - they NEVER offer the treat. If they did, with all the screwed up orders, I'd be 20 lbs overweight.
