“I stopped at this Dunkin’ just 2 minutes before closing while traveling home, honestly expecting that I might be too late. The girls working were incredibly kind and patient, even though their shift was already over and they were ready to head home.
The girl who helped me made me a fresh cappuccino, kindly let me use the bathroom, and then, to top it all off, gave me the cappuccino for free because the register was already closed. 🥹
Her kindness and level of service genuinely touched me. She could have easily turned me away, but instead she went out of her way to help me and treated me with such warmth and generosity. It felt like a true Godsend after a long day of traveling.
Thank you for reminding me that there are still incredibly kind people in the world. ❤“
“first timer here: i’m sitting in your parking lot rn and i’m pleased you actually stirred my iced latte instead of giving me warm espresso on the bottom, syrup sticking to the edges of the cup, and cold milk on top. so many dunkin’ donuts do this and it drives me crazy. “I would love to acknowledge all the management and workers at DUNK'N DOUNUTS today for their support and quick thinking actions to helping me out when my car completely stopped working at the windows today about noonish. Several employees came outside to push my car outta the way and help get it started again so I could get a new battery. They jumped me and spent time to help me . Their manager was outstanding saying if I had to leave my car there they would be fine with that. The biggest shout out to everyone working today and pitching bith at work and outside today. “I love dunkin I am a senior been going for years. I feel now that.there isnt any good special s if there is have to go one there app on line to get the special. Well lots of our seniors dont have these apps . Dont think its fair please try to help“
“My new warm weather drink is a frozen hot chocolate the way I order it a frozen hot chocolate with 3 pumps or shots of certain flovoring, French vanilla, Irish cream, or Raspberry, what I don't like is the extra chocolate that they add to the inside of the cup it takes away the flavor of the shots that I asked for, and if prices keep going up, I might not be able to afford going there anymore otherwise I really enjoy going there“
