2nd time having a cake messed up. This one is for a grad party. Ordered a week in advance & the girl was great & wrote precise instructions on what we wanted, which was the unicorn image as shown (now) & extra sprinkles. As I entered the store at 6:57am this morning I was asked if I was a certain age. Which I was not, I was instructed by the Store Manager to wait 3 minutes to enter the store so I complied. Then the store Manager directed me to wait outside and at least 6 feet away from the Store entrance. The way store traffic is set up with staff managing which cashier customers you go to, with chains and posts set up, is not very inviting.
