“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). “I love this place. It has amazing Venezuelan empanadas, patacones, arepas rellenas, and so much more. On weekends, you can enjoy hervidos 🥰 I come here ever time I can and it brings me back ❤️❤️❤️ customer service is excellent. If you have never tried Venezuelan food, you should order the combos. If you need to bring something to a summer party, bring a bunch of tequeños. The kids will eat them by the dozen.“

“Have ordered many times from Ole’s. The food is delicious and service friendly and warm. Today, decided to eat in so we could try the nachos crispy and warm in the store. They were amazing!!! The other items were also great, my kids loved all of it. At the end, we had a chance to meet one of the owners, Manny. He was very friendly and warm, chatted with my boys and then surprised them with a warm churro. Needless to say, we’ll be coming back even more frequently now. Yum yum yum.“

“I visit this Wendy’s location and it’s usually in the drive thru. However, the line was long so we decided to go inside. I met two young ladies behind the counter and the look on their faces screamed frustration. I waited until the customer completed his order. The cash was toggling between the register and the order screen to packing orders. I walked up and gently said to both young ladies to breathe and to smile. The food they’re serving will taste like their mood. I understand but it will be ok just breathe and smile 😊 service with a smile. And stop saying I’m sorry… instead replace it with thank you for your patience how can I help you… or thank you for your patience here’s your order. And remember to smile it will be ok… my thing is where was the manager. Came to understand that one girl it was her first day and the other was still new. “#1 most important thing for me is cleanliness if i dont see them using gloves or if they operate the register then serve you the food thats a big no no for me. But none of that was going on they are clean! They have lime and steak, pretty good little spicy. I get the cilantro rice in a bowl 🥣 with toppings extra cilantro steak and some chicken. You know I need me some protein. Children meal includes juicy box and 2 adult bowls like 30 bucks split the boll and you have an awesome deal, lol. Lines are short but when it gets busy it moves fast. Can't tell you the condition of the bathrooms, though never had to use them. You can dine outside they play music . It's safe area and when your done you can hit up Starbucks, it works out. Good management I'm sure.“

“Mcdonald's in my opinion has made a huge mistake. The sunrise highway Rockville Centre location has totally changed. They closed for weeks to do a total renovation. It was not for the better. They took a very comfortable atmosphere that was pleasant to sit in and made an austere ,cold, miserable place. As per Mcdonald's new policy the drink fountain is gone. Very poor corporate choice. Food is the same . Front counter was changed so when entering in early morning you are blinded by the sun. The menu board was changed and is extremely hard to read especially with the sun. They closed off the kitchen. Very unusual. What are they hiding? Handicap parking is available. I drive from two away to use this Mcdonald's. It was always my favorite. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Now I don't need to make the effort to use just this Mcdonald's. Whoever did the design needs to go back to design school. Again they should have left what was not broken untouched. Poor choice Mcdonald's.“

My husband sandwich we complained about and the kid just shrugged his shoulders then finally got the manager cause I wasn’t leaving. That was the first time that something wasn’t good. “I just had the best fast food experience at this McDonald’s. Came for lunch with my father and my son and the service we received was top-notch. This location is always kept very clean and that was true today as well, but the reason I write this review is because of the service today. Several members of the team, including management, went way out of their way to give us an exceptional experience and to make my son extremely happy with his happy meal toy. I wish I knew their names but we were there at about 1 o’clock on May 8th So the managers who were on duty at that time are the ones who deserve this recognition. I recently got tested again and I was not allergic anymore and 5 Guys was at the top of my list to try. First off, the store was very clean and I loved the visual design of the store. Next I was greeted very nicely and promptly. When I got home to eat the hype was real for me. Easily a top 3 burger I’ve ever had and easily the best fries I’ve ever had.
