“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). “I visit this Wendy’s location and it’s usually in the drive thru. However, the line was long so we decided to go inside. I met two young ladies behind the counter and the look on their faces screamed frustration. I waited until the customer completed his order. The cash was toggling between the register and the order screen to packing orders. I walked up and gently said to both young ladies to breathe and to smile. The food they’re serving will taste like their mood. I understand but it will be ok just breathe and smile 😊 service with a smile. And stop saying I’m sorry… instead replace it with thank you for your patience how can I help you… or thank you for your patience here’s your order. My husband sandwich we complained about and the kid just shrugged his shoulders then finally got the manager cause I wasn’t leaving. That was the first time that something wasn’t good. Liked that you have a lot of choices of food from beef, turkey, chicken and the sides too. Love the curly fries.“

“I just had the best fast food experience at this McDonald’s. Came for lunch with my father and my son and the service we received was top-notch. This location is always kept very clean and that was true today as well, but the reason I write this review is because of the service today. Several members of the team, including management, went way out of their way to give us an exceptional experience and to make my son extremely happy with his happy meal toy. My husband felt the rest of his order should have been discounted. Manager refused again stating policy although it is not displayed anywhere in the restaurant. He took the bag of food from my husband, refunded his money and refused to serve him and told him to get out. Great customer service? Never go there again.“
