“I have been coming to Munno’s for over 22 years. I have never had better penne vodka and I travel extensively gobbling up food in different states and in Europe. “So good! We have been in construction for the last 9 months. All of which was supposed to take 4 month. We haven't been able to cook and Moms Kitchen has been our go to for quite a few nights. Gave us our home cooked meals when we couldn't handle fast food or take out. We can recommend enough and will for sure be our staple for future dinners.“

The customer service was excellent, the two brothers who run it were very kind, and the food was incredible! They have plenty of speciality sandwiches, but you can also create your own! “The kindest gentleman made my wife and I the most amazing turkey, ham, and provolone hoagie this morning as we were passing through from NC doing some family genealogy nearby. Holy smokes! There was easily an inch and a half of meat on the footlong! The bread was perfect. The tomato and lettuce were very fresh. When we carried the hoagie out to the car, we were surprised how heavy the sandwich was. Definitely getting our money‘s worth here! Wow, and it tasted even better than I’m describing!!“

“This place never disappoints. Great soups and authentic Italian Wedding. I ordered a specialty cake for a rehearsal dinner and wanted a vintage look. They did a great job. I showed Estella, the main baker a picture of what I wanted and she followed it to a T. It was half the price of what some of these Instagram bakers ask for. I will definitely order a cake again from here.“

“always always happy with their BEC sandwiches. they only have a *tiny* amount of room for dining in, so it’s mostly/mainly a take-out/pick-up spot. food is always delicious though. if you commute or have a train trip or whatever then it makes way more sense to get food from here vs. the other nearby options (there’s a whole entire restaurant/bar at the actual old Peekskill station, but its a lil ‘foo-foo’. THIS spot which is right across the street has much better/more food options).their menu prices are very reasonable, and the food quality makes it totally worth it.“

More than that however, the ambiance/vibes/service is what will keep you coming back time and time again. Beth is a sweetheart who I’d vote for president if her name was on the ballot. I was a lost soul in a strange land (sloatsburg) when I first stumbled upon spring street north deli… and Beth made it feel like I’d found a home. A home that will let you order a lb of tuna salad and a lb of egg salad for lunch and watch you down both without judgment. I can not under emphasize how much I love Spring Street North Deli. Plan on coming here even if I'm not in the area to do work but just to stop by and get the good food. Def stop by and support this local gem.“

Normally we don't post anything out of the 518 but we were out and about plowing snow in NYC and we stopped at Mountain View Deli. 🥪 🍪
We meet the owner Mike and he was very friendly and his hospitality was great. The cashier was very welcoming and made our experience worth it! The subs were really good and it's definitely one of the nicest deli's I've been to. They have a huge selection of homemade baked goods from Italian cookies, cheesecake, cakes and much more. The deli was super clean and my favorite part is they decorated the place for Christmas. Almost felt like home☃️ Thank you for the great service and I cannot wait to come back!
