From the moment we walked in I knew we were in the right place.Evette was so welcoming answered all our questions and helped us with every detail from what kind of desserts,flavors and colors to match the theme. “I ordered a cake for my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen for August 14, 2021. I provided a picture of the design of what she wanted to the bakery, and spoke to the owner about making a few minor details. The cake came out absolutely beautiful! She was on point with every detail. It was delivered on time, and it was absolutely delicious! “I ordered a small dessert table: custom cookies, cake pops, chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate dipped pretzels. Every single item was fresh and beautiful! These desserts don’t only look beautiful they’re tasty too. Even the decorated sugar cookies! Jess was very responsive and the items were available for pickup during the time range as promised. They were made to be kept at room temperature which makes transport/storing before a big event so easy.“

“The atmosphere was really nice and there were a lot of seating (even though it was filled up because it was very busy). The girls at the counter were so efficient and kind.
The coffee was very good and the donut was absolutely delicious! The donut was the perfect size and the perfect treat if you're craving something small but sweet!
I also got a chocolate cake slice (not sure what it was called exactly) and two Italian rainbow cookies. Everything was incredible and very affordable!“

The ice cream cakes are freshly made here and by far the best. Ice cream and shakes are also great at this location. Finally, the equipment is well maintained and sanitary. “Great carvel location in pleasantville.
The store is clean and has some seating inside. The staff is very friendly and helpful !
The cases are well stocked with cakes and flying saucers and pre made sundaes.
We both had soft serve twist cones with rainbow sprinkles which were amazing.
Since I was a kid, carvel has been serving consistently great I've cream and they continue that tradition today.
If you are in the mood for ice cream stop by this cavel !“
