“Well I love Dunkin Donuts but I also am very partial to the Port Chester NY locations. The Donuts are fresh. The staff is great. The coffee is delicious. I generally get ice coffee. I even managed to turn a friend into iced coffee fan when she would only drink hot coffee from DD for years!“

“The first impression is everything. It looks inviting and clean. The staff greets each customer with a smile and offers an assortment of fresh donuts and bagel options. I ordered turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with mayo. To my delight, the sandwich was toasted to perfection. The egg was light and fluffy, and the turkey sausage was juicy, not dry. Salt and pepper were available at the pickup counter as well as ketchup. The only quam I have is that the only customer accessible napkins were positioned near one of the exits on the extreme opposite side of the store far from the pickup area.

“I am frequent of all locations, i was in line at the drive thru and the guy before me was calling the young lady an idiot because she asked for him to repeat his order meanwhile i know he mumbles and has an island accent. When i was greated by her sunshine smile face at the window i apologized for the animals in our country and she kept her beautiful attitude. Wish i caught her name but i want to say it starts with S. Anyway thanks for keeping it together for us all and the smile on your face i personally left a couple bucks tip and all i had was a healthy black coffee. All u rude boy customers dont talk when you have no face to friends who have no ears an old saying. Smh at some people and thank god for employees at donut delight“

“The store and bathrooms are very clean and the staff is nice. Prices are better than Dunkin and the donuts are as good or better. Coffee is much better and made in a machine fresh. Around $15 for a dozen donuts. $3 for coffee. I have been there multiple times lately.

“We love side door donuts! It’s become a Saturday tradition with our toddler. So many great choices and I have to admit even the plan and cinnamon sugar ones are delicious.

“Today I copped a sausage egg cheese croissant and tea... They did the croissant just as I asked... I love that. Dunkin donuts when I ask they always still burn the croissant. I always ask lightly toasted. The meat they use seems better than dunkin. Dunkin I keep biting on tiny bones in the sausages. And the tea... well they forgot the cream.. since I said light with 3 sugars but that's OK. I'll add the cream later. I wanted it for when I got home. My car has 106 degrees showing today so I wasn't interested in drinking it right then and there. The lady at the window was real nice.

Another store near a FedEx around ardmore rd also does good too with my requests & are welcoming in their demeanor.

I wish there were more of these in CT and not just in the Stamford Area.“

“OMG!!! You will not regret this Donut Delight!!! It was the very 1st one I tried and I never regret coming to this location!!! I really enjoyed every fresh donut & sandwiches purchased!!! And the best of all are the Lattés!!! The hazelnut is my favorite with whipped cream!!! The prices are perfect!!!! Starbucks just got dumped!!! I found myself a wonderful new hanging out spot!!!“

“Visited this establishment recently. service was okay. this blonde girl with glasses was asking if i had seen her duck. i was slightly concerned for her wellbeing, as she showed me a picture of the duck and it was rubber. i said i haven’t seen it. there was also a beautiful lady twerking behind the counter. i asked if i could have the ice spice drink, and she told me they don’t have it anymore. i cried when i went home. drink and food was great. this was a disturbing visit. i loved it. i’m never coming back here.“

“Last night I stopped in for a large black and sweet coffee and two jelly donuts and when I got on the road, I had a coffee with no sugar and two glazed donuts. The first girl didn’t understand English, and it seems the second girl that helped her did not speak English either. Usually, everything is great this time it wasn’t“

“Not from this area but stopped in yesterday while visiting PC around 8:45am. The store is quite busy and seems regular customers because the staff seemed to know everyone. A couple of PC police were there for quite a while sipping coffee and chatting. Coffee was hot & fresh as was the food. Bathrooms were clean. I visit a lot of DD stores in NJ and all down the east coast and this location is now on my best-DDs list!“

“Not the fanciest shop but their food and their service is always great, and when we call ahead with an order it either is fulfilled perfectly or completely botched. But when we walk out with our bag of bagels and the various tasties that go along with it, we're happy 😊“

“This Dunkin’ location is very good. The drinks and food were always great. I’m a big fan of the caramel iced coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“

“Small, pleasant Dunkin. A few tables and chairs, with bathrooms available. Very clean. The young lady who I dealt with was very prompt and pleasant. Coffee was fine. Doughnut was okay; tasted just a bit aged. ♿️

“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“A local branch of Dunkin Donuts that has a friendly and courteous staff; attentive to detail and good manners.While enjoying my food and drink, a young man's drink spilled onto the floor. Immediately a member of staff assisted in cleaning up the drink and offered to refill the lost contents.I'll be back here!“

“I think that there are many good things in this location. One of them is the service. Will say HI, will take you order and will get to prepare it. It is simple, yet other locations fail to do it quickly. As a regular here, I can recommend you all to try it out.“

The Main Street on New Rochelle had so many options for quick food but one place I always felt comfortable walking into was definitely this place. Per my observation it was a scene for people between the ages of 15 to 30. Not too many large families passed through here. They had a small sized parking lot right outside as well as one on the hill behind them.Because I happened to enter their establishment around the same time each time I happened to always meet several donuts warm on the rack and ready. One of their tastiest products is the Chicken Snack N' Go. I think DD should do more to promote this item and I would recommend that everyone try it since it's not very expensive.“

“I had a very pleasant experience here. It was easy to find a spot across the street. I ordered via the app and by the time I walked in my order was waiting for me. Luckily I checked the contents of the bag and noticed I was one doughnut short. When I brought this to the attention of the man and woman behind the counter they almost fell over apologizing to me. I actually felt a bit guilty. Anyway the employees are very nice, the store is very clean, and there are tables and chairs. Also, unlike other Dunkins later in the day, they did not substitute doughnuts, as they were still fully stocked. Nice place.

“Always friendly and excellent service at this Dunkin Donuts. The restaurant is always clean and the food is fresh. Just -1 star for switching from Coca-Cola products to the lower quality Pepsi products. Bring back the quality sodas or, at the very least, offer both.“

One day the train pulled up and I needed to leave before they had handed me my coffee--I wasn't angry about it, I just accepted the loss because I really needed to make this train for time reasons. “It’s very rare that I’d leave a review for a chain establishment, but was impressed by the service I received from the young man with a foreign accent (appeared to be a European accent). He appeared to be working in the solo, but offered great customer service (something that many establishments seem to be lacking these days). I appreciated his professional service!“
