(S'mores and Brownie Milkshake) There's so many flavor combos to choose from. The young lady who works there is always friendly and the place is spotless. She's a master at that milkshake machine. While their product can't compete with what you'd find in Rome, it is legitimately gelato and not ice cream masquerading as such - texture is dense and a little chewy, with very intense flavor. “The cookies are good but a bit over rated. I love the cool flavors and the fact that the menu changes weekly but sometimes the cookies are way too sweet. There is usually a long line at this location but the employees are pretty fast so the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if there were places to sit inside the establishment.“

And somehow this particular Carvel seems to make extra creamy soft-serve, even though I know that’s unlikely since I assume they’re following a standard recipe. Service is always friendly and helpful, and they have buy one get one free Sundaes on Wednesday!“
