I was visiting from Oregon ~ stepped in to this little gem and we spent 45 mins chatting with Bill (he's the best!) ~ sampled some of the most amazing teas and came home with some favorites. Absolute best Lil tea shop and you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't stop in for a sip ☕️
What a treasure this place is! Couldn’t wait to get home and use the Bourbon Black Walnut Sugar sprinkled on a bowl of oatmeal. It was delicious ! The owner Bill was super friendly and also suggested a Cranberry Apple Honey as well as offering me to take in the scent of Warm Bread Pudding Black Tea. Sold! I will be back…often!
I went into The Spice & Tea Exchange hoping to recreate a lovely jasmine tea I had during afternoon tea in the UK last year. Bill advised me on the tea and equipment I would need and he thoroughly walked me through the process of making it! I came home prepared with the materials and knowledge to make the tea and it came out just as I remembered! Will definitely be returning. I cannot recommend this shop enough.
