“The staff spoke little English. My wife asked a question while ordering at the kiosk, the staff spoke to each other but did not acknowledge us. I then went up to someone and asked again the exact same question about an item we wanted to order not available on the kiosk, he just stared at me and ignored me while preparing other orders.
They were busy but this establishment is mainly for Asian customers.

Our food items were good. The mango drink was very good, and the pastel de nata was made well and fresh.

I do not know if I would come back if met with such a poor customer service experience.“

John and his staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the event. They provided us with a private area for the team, while the parent guests were comfortably seated in another section.

It's classic, good old fashioned bubble tea, for reasonable prices and without the pretentious and manufactured environments that you see from the chains nowadays. “Super cute and neat tea shop on Prince Street! There are many different kinds of combinations of tea for everyone to try. My favorite is definitely lychee jasmine or white peach oolong! “Tea Magic has quickly become one of my favorite low key spots. What I really love though is that it’s usually pretty empty. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet place to hang out, this is perfect. They have WiFi, which is honestly one of the main reasons I come here. I bring my laptop, grab a drink, and can study for hours without feeling rushed or crowded. It’s peaceful, and the atmosphere makes it easy to focus. It almost feels like having your own private study lounge.

The tea itself is really good. I’ve tried a few different bubble tea flavors and they’ve all good, not overly sweet unless you want them to be. And surprisingly, the mozzarella sticks are also really good. Crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and perfect as a snack while studying.“

“I had a wonderful experience there! I came for vacation and stopped by because of my love of boba, went in and got amazing service and gave a tip. Unfortunately while speaking with the worker and the manager, they said their tips prior had been stolen. “I think it’s the best bubble tea in town they have lots of variety and real, authentic tawianese bubble tea. The only reason Im rating it four stars is two things. First is that all of the staff members are friendly except for one lady who makes me feel like she doesn’t want to be there. Second is that I feel like when I’m paying extra money for toppings they don’t give a lot considering that I’m paying almost an extra dollar for 15-20 pearls. “I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years and I never decided to make a review. You are the only Mr wish I love going to out of all the locations. The drinks are always spot on. It’s a craving of mine all the time. My top two drinks are of course the Bubble Tea and The Apple Tea with Fresh Pulp. I go here so often the young man already knows my orders. They’re polite and very welcoming. We always enjoy coming here our whole family does. If it were up to me I’d be here every day it’s just so good and refreshing! We also recommend The Black Tiger Milk & The Peach Tea all these drinks in a large of course. The only thing I recommend from the Mr wish chain is to get into catering cause I’d have them for every event.
