“It's a nostalgic building with lots of history on display that tells a proud story of the Clarkson hockey program over many decades. The seating is good and the food and drinks are very affordable ($2 hot dog). The pep band keeps the spirits high. It's a tough place for a visiting team to win game!”

I absolutely devoured my whole breakfast burrito without even realizing it and paired it with a delicious strawberry banana smoothie. then had to go back and get another smoothie cuz it was so good! the pitaya is just as yummy and so pretty!!! completely obsessed with this place and will definitely be a frequent customer!”

“Went here for a family lunch my nephew was up from TN. For starters if you have a sense of humor you will get a kick out of the menu. Not only did the owner of this establishment create a decent sized menu with unique combinations that will have you debating your decision until the last moment they put their personality all over it. The witty names and sarcastic descriptions had us all forgetting we were supposed to be picking out our lunch orders. The Apple Jack is absolutely delicious but their sweet potato fries were perfectly fried and I highly recommend getting them with a side of maple Mayo for dipping. There wasn't a single thing on our table I didn't want to try. The berry margaritas are so good you'll want to bring a Designated driver. This place is an absolute hidden treasure. Will definitely be going back and maybe next time I'll remember to take a picture.”

If you’re craving authentic Italian flavors in a cozy setting, Potsdam Little Italy is a must-visit! I had an incredible dinner there and was beyond impressed. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo, and I couldn’t believe how generous they were with the chicken—it was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The creamy Alfredo sauce was rich and delicious, coating every bite of pasta just right.

And let’s talk about their cheesy garlic knots—absolutely addictive! Buttery, garlicky, and loaded with gooey cheese, they were the perfect start to the meal. The portion sizes are generous, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Potsdam Little Italy is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back for more!”

“Staff was very friendly. They were accommodating when learning how to make my favorite Starbucks drink, which staff on shift that day hadn't made before. It turned out great! I try to stop by there as a treat whenever I travel to Potsdam for my physical therapy. I'm always greated with a smile. Definitely a gem I discovered one day.

Parking: This is located at a college campus. So depending on the time of day, whether you are a student, etc. could likely factor into finding a place to park. I am disabled and have yet to experience a problem finding a handicap space.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are able to open automatically.”

“One of the better Subway locations you could go to. Much nicer now that they finally got the parking lot paved. Not much in the way of consistency, though. You could order the same thing the same way five days in a row and have five very different experiences.”

“Overall we had a great experience at Maxfield's! Our server, Emily, was very nice and attentive. The food tasted great! The one weird thing was the plating. My husband got a steak that was served in a bowl which makes it really hard to cut and manage. Our dessert (a cookie sundae?) was served in a narrow glass, looked almost like a champagne flute (but I don't think it actually was) so the chunks of cookies were kind of buried and the ice cream was hard to get to and melted quickly. The only thing I would have changed about my experience would be that I think they need to be more mindful about the function of how they serve their food... Otherwise, highly recommend!”

“I haven't had their food since 2018, but it's gone down since then. Lady in the phone refused our delivery when we first called because we weren't in the village. We're 10 minutes away... Had to offer a big tip. The delivery lady was super nice.
The Mongolian grill down the road is definitely much better.”

“Been driving by this restaurant for years now stop for the first time today had the best food ever they're smashed hamburger meats fresh hamburger meat it was great their fries were awesome everything was hot delicious my favorite sandwich that I had was the French dip it was just tender and delicious bathrooms with spotless and the waitress was sweet as can be and she was right on the money highly recommend this place for the food was unbelievably delicious and their coffee tasted like coffee not dishwater”
